SHORT FORM SPORTS 🏀 | LEAH BENEDICT

Leah Benedict has been building a serious résumé at Cicero-North Syracuse, and the 2027 guard is already headed to Le Moyne. Benedict has proven she can produce when the lights get brighter — dropping 21 points against Liverpool in the 2024 Section III Class AAA final and 20 points in the 2025 sectional final, while also becoming a 1,000-point scorer for CNS. The 5’9” guard’s shooting ability and scoring mentality have made her a key part of the Northstars, and now she’ll get the opportunity to take that game to the Division I level with Le Moyne.
