This is what it’s all about. Putting in the work for not just days, not just weeks or months, but years. You have to crawl before you walk, and walk before you run.

If you don’t start TODAY, you will not be better tomorrow. So start the blonding techniques today, start taking content today, post on your Instagram today, do what’s seems scary and uncertain today so that you will be better tomorrow.

Put yourself out there and don’t be afraid to not be the best. Nobody starts out being the best hairstylists or best content creator but if you don’t start today, you’ll just be the same tomorrow.

I messed up my clients hair, but let’s fix it. This was DEFINITELY a reminder even to myself that even as a seasoned stylists, mistakes still happen.

Leah’s hair has previously been light, and then dark, and then even darker, and then light again, and back dark. So obviously she has had some color history lol. I knew that the only way to go light and keep her healthy was going to be to chop off a significant amount.

What I was not expecting was for ALL of the dimension to be GONE after foiling.

This transformation ending up taking three days in the salon and a lot of patience but so worth it in the end.

Oh also, this is my sister so I had the right to try a new technique and then hate it. Right? 🤣

8 hour appointment in 1 minute 😆

Leah’s hair threw me a little curve ball and decided to not lift how we wanted, which resulted in me having to reapply fresh lightener to every section! Used of course my k18 prep spray and @olaplex to keep her hair healthy and strong during such a large lightening service.

We have been going dark for around a year now so we are super happy with this first blonding session ❤️‍🔥
