For nearly a year, the LATU Koreatown Local Space has been a hub for tenant organizing and meetings, community events, political education, collective art projects, and so much more.

To continue to keep all of these events free and accessible for the community, we’re hosting a Mercado on Saturday, August 29th to help us raise funds for the space’s rent, utilities, and supplies!

From 3pm-8pm, stop by to shop from local vendors, enjoy tasty drinks and treats, and spend time in community in support of our space. Then stick around for a karaoke afterparty! Hope to see you there.

Buck Moon, welcome! When our young furry friends are beginning to transition to adulthood with fuzzy horns 🦌 Sending a prayer for you to stay safe from human cars, from human created drought and heat, changing climate disease, and a prayer for green leaves, comfort and guidance as you grow into a full leader. I love you, gentle and complex soul.
