MAN DEM!!! This one is for us.

September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

Don’t wait for symptoms. Don’t assume you’re fine because you feel fine.

**Get checked. Know your risk. Have the conversation.**

And while you’re taking care of your health, make sure you’ve also considered how a serious illness could affect your finances and the people who depend on you.

**Early detection can save a life. Preparation can protect a family.**

Opening the 2026 season with pride as a daughter of Ardenne 👏🏼🫶🏼
Thankful for finally making it to the Optima 5K Run and supporting the mission of wellness - a building project and concept that started when I was a student - for the betterment of young people
These were the years that shaped my mind, my body and my heart and I appreciate those students and teachers at Ardenne who molded me - who would have thought I’d be a cross-training athlete now 😆😆
The Ardenne staff and Mrs. Tyson, my forever principal, continue to place the growth of students at the centre of the school’s progress 👏🏼

I was very hesitant to participate in this 5k. I was...a terrible student at Ardenne. Always felt like I had no business being back there nor participating in anything to do with Ardenne but...we do it man. Welness ting deh dem a try do...maybe I would have benefited tremendously from it in my time. All see couple teacher...I think I needed to do this tbh... sound strange but yeah 🤣. Can you believe Ardenne have ball field weh green?? No dust?? Amazing. Ball field cannot be suh pretty and we nah win ntn 🤣

No PB today....wind did a kick...but I'm completely satisfied with the performance 🤷🏾‍♂️ many positives. 3:07 km is my fastest km time ever...and it was in a race...and I finished the last km with a 3:26...need some race management advice lool I definitely went out hard...was looking for a podium finish and I didn't see many of the regular podium guys...until they passed me lmao.

18:03 Season opener. 7th place. Is a good look.

Big up the man dem!!! @leahcimthewright @nilloc._ @notjamelreid @omeileo and @simzybear_ di photographer 🤣

Mi feel like if me go...you...yes, you Ardennite...yuh coulda fawud too and swing di lil money dem way. They're trying to do something good. Is a good look!!! Hopefully I see more faces next year.

Night 1 of the Holborn Branch Retreat 2025 was filled with warmth, laughter and tear jerking moments as we came together in all white to celebrate the incredible year that was 2024! Over heartfelt toasts, we reflected on the challenges we overcame, the victories we earned, and the bonds we strengthened along the way.

This dinner wasn’t just about the food or the ambiance—it was about gratitude. Gratitude for the journey that shaped us, for the teammates who stood beside us, and for the collective effort that turned dreams into achievements.

Here’s to growth, to resilience and to the remarkable power of team spirit -- the true embodiment of what it means to be a Titan. 🤍
