Another comp down. Bench only with @chich.blacksmithfitness in Kamloops. Meet PR at 429lbs.

Since the last comp just over a year ago I’m down 20lbs and minus one head of my left bicep. To come back to my best bench ever in prep (440lbs) and get this platform PR with a legit chance at that 200kg mark is pretty cool.

Having @chich.blacksmithfitness to push me in training and to be there to compete with is invaluable. All love big guy 🤍

All would not be possible without the single greatest support person of all time @leahrmt. Could not be more grateful to have you in my corner through the highs and lows. There aren’t words that exist that can express the amount of love I have for you ♥️

On to the next one.
