Runner turned hybrid??
Or something like that!

Why do one when you can do both.. and fucking smash both!

You cant be great at more than one thing.
When you have the mindset, support and sheer grit!

Leanne flew up to Glasgow to experience her first hybrid event with the everyday strong team around her. Thats what this community is all about!

First time she's trained like this.
First event like this.
So many comfort zones stepped out of in 1 weekend!!

Absolute goat 🐐

What a weekend 🥰

Social battery might be zero, but cup is well and truely over spilling.

Incredibly greatful for every single one of the everyday strong team, racing or not they all came together to support each other even just a message. Im super proud of what I have built and everyone involved.

Post event food, Sunday strolls, brunch and adventures. All starting to recharge the battery.

Not to mention new born cuddles 🥰

What a weekend and here's to a week off grid!!
Keep your eyes peeled. 👀

"Bloody LOVED every second!

Fucking grateful to just be feeling like this
Body felt great. Felt no pressure."

Now THAT is how you want to feel when doing an event..
We have spent some time rebuilding Leannes relationship with running and to go out to enjoy a 10K yesterday come in 50s faster than last years event whilst feeling like this....

Thats incomparable 🤍

Are you someone who puts too much pressure on yourself when entering events??

💪 YOU MADE IT THROUGH SEPTEMBER.
Maybe you started a new routine.
Maybe you joined ARC.
Maybe you simply started thinking about doing something for yourself.
Whatever stage you’re at...
Keep going.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to be consistent enough to keep moving forward.
One workout at a time. 💚

Getting back to business.

It’s been a month of events, business & working with people who want to be the best after trying to get my broken bowel back on my team.

Biggest takeaways for the last Q of the year.

> Say yes more
> Put yourself out of your comfort zone weekly
> Talk to more people
> Ask for what you want
> Fuck around & find out.

What’s the best that can happen?

😘

“It’s nice to have Leanne back.”

Her father-in-law said that to her recently.

Luckily I had my sunglasses on 😂 ..because I’m not going to lie, it took me out.

When Leanne first reached out to me, she didn’t say.

Ben, I’d like my spark back please 😅

She came with business stuff.

Decisions she’d been putting off.

Things she was overthinking.

Loads going on and not really knowing what deserved her attention.

Nothing was massively wrong, right

She was still working. Training. Running her business. Seeing people.

But somewhere along the way, she’d become a little less Leanne

Her mum had noticed the difference since we started working together (Leanne was trying to like knock me out with that one 😂❤️)

So I asked her…Did you realise you’d gone?

She said I felt less bubbly. Maybe more frustrated.

And from experience when that happens slowly, I’m not sure you always notice it.

Other people do though.

Now’s she’s making decisions she’d been sitting on.

Protecting her time.

Training her way again.

Getting excited about her business.

Launched her new classes.

She basically built a new offer on our call after spending weeks telling herself she didn’t know what it was.

But my favourite thing she said was
I’m finally just being Leanne.

I’m ridiculously proud of her.

Because yes, I want the business to grow.

I want her to make loads of money.

I want all of that for her.

But I want her to actually fucking enjoy being Leanne while she does it.

Chuffed for you mate 💚💚

The Hockings is on me! 🤝

Every week we celebrate our wins inside the Everyday Strong community.

No matter how big or small they may seem. Actually thinking about what is a win changes your week around.

Having a group of people who big you up, celebrate your wins with your and shout loud for you more than you do yourself is an absolute game changer.

Biggest problem you have.... doing this shit alone!

I love this team!

You can be apart of it.. all you have to do is message me.

Runners Network: An Evening of Strength, Stability & Connection

What a jam-packed evening we had with the Runners Network! Whether you're pounding pavement, training for your next race, or simply want to walk and run with more ease, this session was all about building the full-body foundation that makes movement feel better.

We dove into strength, stability, and balance — the three pillars that keep runners resilient and moving well. Using resistance bands, we explored directional movements to build strength through the planes runners actually move in, not just forward and back. We brought in Pilates props to find scapular support, helping create a strong, stable upper body that holds you up mile after mile. And we grounded it all with proprioceptive foot work — really feeling into the feet and finding that connection with the ground that so many of us lose touch with.

These aren't just runner drills — they're for anyone who wants to move through life with more awareness, support, and ease, whether that's on a run, a walk, or just day to day.

Thank you to everyone who came out and moved with us. Next one is 4th Sept ...info incoming soon follow @leanneaverypt for more updates for the next Runners Network
