Birthday weekend officially completed 🤭🦋🩷

Heres something I wrote in my diary to remember it by!!!

23/8/26

“Not too long ago I released a song that included the line 25 is pretty middle-age when you can’t see past 50 and I’m very happy to say that being three days into my 26th year and I couldn’t feel further from the truth. I spent the first half of this week making music and rehearsing with my band and the second half celebrating. I’ve woken up each day knowing that I have purpose and also knowing the inspiration is free and abundant. I’ve often joked about how I now have a fully developed frontal lobe, but I really do believe that in the last year my brain has expanded in a way that has only made room for good. I’m excited to be 75 and living in Vegas, I’m excited to turn 30 and celebrate dedicating half of my life to songwriting, I’m excited for next year to drink Prosecco and eat cake with my friends again and I’m also excited for everything that will happen in between. I’m also excited for everyone to tell me I still look 19 whilst doing it all.”

we filmed with the bbc...well we didn’t actually do any of the filming (iphone amateurs here🤳) but our salon hosted the BBC for a very important topic

when the bbc called, looking for a salon to film in, we were thrilled. even more so when we found out the topic

skin bleaching has been banned for many years now, yet it is still obtainable to the public. the piece covers the damaging effects of skin bleaching; why it is unsafe, why people do it and the effects on self love and confidence

which is something we whole-heartly back. lovers of treatments that are gentle tweaks to make you feel good, as your beautiful self ✨

it was a great day watching it all happen & we got to listen to some brave people share their stories and spread awareness

add “as seen on the bbc” to the bio! 🫢🤗

we will let you know when it’s edited and out!

The most amazing night with @chelmsfordforyou topped off with a win… for the second year!! 🎉

I mean can we get a moment for the incredible @_saratupper_ @ryanmitch91 and everyone else on the @chelmsfordforyou team and this beautiful venue @chelmsfordcathedral

first of all let me say that winning does feel good but it’s more than an award, it’s knowing that you guys voted for us

every single vote we are grateful for and it makes us feel the love in our glamour community that we so clearly have 🤍

before the award was given we were provided with a comment from our secret shopper

“A small female founded business, gorgeous salon and friendly staff. They’re clearly a strong team who all support each other which is refreshing to see. Great service”

I mean how special is that

Thank you so much for choosing you as your winners….we are clearing a shelf as we speak 🙌
