An unforgettable evening of wine, food, and conversation. 🍷

We were honored to join an incredible winemaker panel dinner at Alexander’s Steakhouse in Pasadena, hosted by Ian Blackburn of Learn About Wine.

There’s something special about sharing the stories behind the wines—the vineyards, the vintages, the decisions and details that ultimately find their way into every glass—especially around a table filled with people who are genuinely passionate about what they do.

Beautiful pairings, thoughtful conversation, and a room full of wine lovers made this one to remember.

Thank you to Ian Blackburn and the teams at Learn About Wine and Alexander’s Steakhouse for bringing us all together. 🥂

Another outstanding, very high quality event from Ian Blackburn of LearnAboutWine.com / MerchantOfWine.com , 'Paso Panel Dinner - A Passionate Experience', with winemakets from the Willow Creek District: Rococo Wines (Natalie Brown -- her husband, Brian, is the Brown of the very highly regarded 'Emerson-Brown Cabernet Sauvignon'), Caliza Wines (Carl Bowker), Copia Vineyards & Winery (Varinder Sahi), and Lopai Cellars (Paul Lopez).

Another outstanding "Zoom Into Wine" from Ian Blackburn at LearnAboutWine.com / MerchantOfWine.com, this one Top Cabernets. (See list of the 6 wines with details in the photos).

If you are into wine at all, check it out! 6 (Bonus wine for 7 this week) 2-oz sample glass jars of the wines delivered to your door on Tuesday. The events are every Wednesday at 7:00 PM and almost always include interviews with at least 1 winemaker. You get to sample great wines you may never otherwise try. (Check out the prices on these and you will see what I mean!).

Another excellent Ian Blackburn Learn About Wine ( LearnAboutWine.com ) event, 'Stars of Pinot and Chardonnay' at République.

With a lot of really delicious passed around trays of several different hors d'oeuvres. 😋

All of the wines were outstanding, but my favorite was the blagden (small b in the name) 2018 Pinot Noir. Got to talk to the winemaker about her wines, too! ( blagdenwines.com ).

The Stars of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay tasting event benefit for Los Angeles Children's Hospital @childrensla, organized by @learnaboutwine, was a pleasure to show our wines. Good wine and kindness abounds!
