Vegas, you were good to us! 🎰🥂✨

What a great few days at UNLOCK by @zillow in Las Vegas! We connected with incredible people in real estate, heard from inspiring speakers, and attended some really insightful breakout sessions. We came home with fresh ideas, new connections, and plenty of inspiration!

And let’s be real… you can’t go to Vegas without a little fun! 😉

We stayed at the beautiful @fontainebleaulasvegas, experienced The Wizard of Oz at @spherevegas (absolutely incredible! 🌪️✨), enjoyed some amazing dinners at @papisteak, @donsprimelv, and @komodolasvegas, and even squeezed in a little casino fun.

The Zillow-sponsored party at @livlasvegas was definitely a highlight! 🎶🥂 And flying @jsx made getting there and back part of the experience. ✈️

But what made this trip even more special was sharing it with my partner in life as we begin this exciting new chapter working together in real estate. ❤️ It was nice to step away from our everyday routine, reconnect, share some laughs, and create new memories together.

A little business, a little adventure, and a much-needed getaway.

Now we’re back home in beautiful Dana Point, feeling refreshed, inspired, and excited for what’s ahead. If you’re thinking about buying or selling, we’d love to help with your next chapter, too! 🌊🏡

I went to eXpCon 2026 to expand my network. I left with an expanded vision. 🌎🔥

Just a few minutes. That’s all it took to change how I see my next level.

At eXpcon I got to meet Rene Rodriguez, and not just a handshake and a photo. He gave me a quick, personal coaching moment I will carry with me for a long time.

Legacy is a mark left by the life you live that cannot be removed, erased, or forgotten

Lpt Fall Con 2026 was a room filled with people who refuse to be defined by what the latest headline says the market is doing. It wasn't filled with fear or doubt, but a quiet certainty that the legacy being built was greater than any storm that might try to prevent it

As it poured rain from the hurricane all week, @learnwithrene shared something I never noticed before about another time it didn't stop raining. He pointed out that God gave Noah very specific instructions on how the ark should be built to prepare for the flood, but one thing God didn't include in those blueprints was a steering wheel

Maybe it isn't about where we are going, but the impact that is made for others and the legacy that is forged along the way

⏩️ 2026 was the year I decided to go ALL IN.

For my first three years at @exprealty , I missed out on one of the most valuable things this company offers: the people and the community behind the Fast Forward Movement.

This year, I changed that.

Aspen. San Diego with @learnwithrene . Charleston. Coronado Island. And finally, EXPCON in Utah.

A year of investing in myself, challenging my thinking, building relationships, and surrounding myself with people who push me to be better.

@kylewhissel and @danielbeer_ , you’ve impacted my life and business in ways you probably don’t even realize. You’ve created something much bigger than a group of successful agents. You’ve built a community where people genuinely want to see each other WIN.

And having leadership like @leopareja makes me even more proud of where I’ve planted my flag.

Being recognized with the Rising Star Award was an incredible honor, especially after 22 years in this business. A reminder that no matter how long you’ve been doing something, there’s always another level.

My biggest takeaway from 2026? You can be successful on your own, but the right people can change your trajectory.

I’m grateful I finally got in the room. And I’m not leaving. ⏩️❤️

This morning I sat in my first men’s Bible study. Just a table full of men who got up early to open the Word and be honest about their lives.

I listened to how they live Scripture out at work and at home. How they give their time to people who will never pay them back.

Then they started sharing names. Friends in tough times. Wives who are having a baby. Family members in the worst season they’ve ever faced. And every man in that room stopped and prayed for these people.

I’ve carried caskets. I’ve rebuilt my life from the front seat of a car. I thought I knew what strength looked like.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this. To be around it. To hear it. To feel it.

Strong men need brothers. Strong men need faith.

That’s a wrap eXpCon 2026. Every year I am reminded why I love being part of eXp. I love the culture of growth and innovation, the agent-centric leadership, and the opportunity to connect with people who are continually pushing themselves and our industry forward at a level that sometimes truly blows my mind.

Even in global company, it’s easy to build genuine connections and friendships. I always look forward to growing and strengthening those relationships each year.
