We’re not waiting for the calendar.👀

Ball screen work by some of our varsity girls.

They have built a solid foundation all year and are just beginning to explore the endless possibilities of what they are capable of.

Part of it is trusting the work and the other part is being imaginative or visualizing things just outside the scope of what you can already do.

Never get boxed in and continue expanding your game because the possibilities are endless.

Just a reminder to keep our Focus directed on the path we set out for ourselves. Stay focused on our goals and these 3 things can improve our success rate.

1st - Write them Down
We are able to review them as well as break them down into a process. Giving us the step by step guide to achieve our big dreams.

2nd - Fall in Love with the Process. Change is often hard but the better version of yourself is on the other side of that process. And it’s more about the journey than the destination.

3rd - Be Consistent and Maintain Accountability.
Keeping yourself steered in the direction of your goals. Ensure the right people can help you along the way motivating you and cheering you on.

Everyone needs a goal to give them direction. Hope you achieve yours today and if we can help it’ll be our pleasure.

Worked some creative finishing at camp and this one gave the most difficulty. Only for them to find a part later the same day to try and figure it out. Practice, learn, explore, struggle and eventually make it your own.
