First AMF Group shoot of the year ✅

The girls absolutely crushed it!

A day to celebrate how far they have come,

Reflect on the progress they are making

And showcase that with a shoot

Now it’s time to delete myfitnesspal for the weekend

One proud coach right here 🙋🏻‍♂️

Im going to be honest with you…

You can achieve so much more than you think if you commit and don’t look back

@leateesmith joined the team nearly a year ago

And she really was not in a good place

She didnt really leave the house

let alone stepped foot in a gym

It had a huge knock on affect to how she felt in clothes and her body

This is why it was so important we didn’t overwhelm Leanne form the start

By taking all the guesswork out with her exercise she started training at home just a few times per week

Until she gained the confidence to join a gym over time

We started looking at her nutritional choices to mean she could still enjoy socialising at the pub with her partner and friends

One result let to another.

She has gone on to lose over 20kgs of body fat

She feels more confident in her clothes and her gym outfits

On our first call she said I would never turn her into a runner

She ran 5k a couple of months ago.

This happened because she pushed herself out of her comfort zone and was reminded that she could achieve so much more than she thought

All whilst finally getting the routine she knew she needed along with the accountability

That our 1-1 tailored check in system brings,

That means she is accountable and supported every step of the way so she couldn’t fail.

Now with 30% of the year already passed,

how has your year gone?

With summer around the corner
If it hasnt gone to plan

And deep down you know you want to feel confident in clothes
its time to change that…

DM the word “SUMMER” lets make sure your confidence hits new heights in the next 60 days

Download photo dump - weekend sponsored by @caprisungb and @drinktango 😂🤘🏻(not really just the chosen drinks of the weekend)

Could we all BE wearing any more leopard print?
I promise we didn’t plan this either 😂

We ate so well this @downloadfest Download (although I’m still upset we didn’t manage to get the Yorkshire wrap ha), it feels weird coming home and eating boring food now 😭 Also, this year I didn’t use a portaloo once and after the walk of doom and tent pitch, we ended up staying in a hotel (not planned) - will I be able to adjust back to the regular camping next year? I’m not to sure now 😂
