POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Honored to be back working with @gophercheer again this season!

These last few days were something special.

Tears, cheers, and breakthroughs all around.

It always puts a smile on my face watching athletes and teams reach into themselves and pull something out they don’t know was there and even more special to then watch them do that for each other.

To have such a strong belief in each other that they won’t let their team settle. Anyone on the team can call anyone else forward to a higher standard. And everyone knows that the feedback is coming from a place of love. And to feel that belief in their body to the point that they are able to do stunts or tricks they weren’t previously able to do. The team belief is so strong it acts as a power resource for everyone to tap into.

That’s what I saw this past weekend. Absolutely beautiful.

Thankful to @leaveitto_weave for being the type of coach that believes in this work and creates time and space for it to occur.

The pressure, the challenge, the competition all enhances the culture when connection is strong.

So exited to see this team continue to rise, grow and showcase their hard work in January!

A coach appreciation post after the most amazing time together! 🖤

Our first annual Baha Mar Elite Cheer Clinic would not have been possible without this incredible group of coaches. We were truly honored to have such legendary coaches share their time, talent, knowledge, and love of cheerleading with our athletes.

Thank you for making our very first camp so special and giving these athletes an experience they will never forget. We are so grateful for each of you!

More pictures from our time together coming soon, but first — a huge THANK YOU to our amazing coaches! 🏝️📣 @bahamarresorts

Part 2 of our NFL expansion cheer coaching search focuses on candidates for the three NFC teams with no cheerleaders - the Chicago Bears, the Green Bay Packers and the New York Giants.

We emphasize that this is just a brainstorming exercise designed to get these teams moving in the right direction. And they do need to be pointed in the right direction. The last time an NFL team reached the Super Bowl without having a cheerleading squad, the Buffalo Jills were still on the field and Ray Lewis was the starting linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens - it was a long time ago.

Right now it feels like there is a Berlin Wall dividing the NFL fans who get to experience football games with cheerleaders from those who don't. It's going to take creativity and persistence to end pro football's cheerleading Cold War and get these cold-weather teams to step into the light and embrace game day spirit. 🧐 When the wall eventually crumbles, and the fans on the other side finally get to see what they have been missing for all these years, it will be a beautiful day for everyone who appreciates the value that cheerleaders add to the NFL game day experience and the communities they represent. 🤗 And hopefully one day many years from now, a little girl in Wisconsin will ask, "Grandma, do you remember when the Packers didn't have cheerleaders?" 🧀📣

Until then, we've got to keep chipping away. It's a forgone conclusion that the Bears, Packers, Jets, Giants, Chargers, Browns & Steelers will not have cheerleaders this season. (As for the Bills, we continue to hold out hope.) So this post is really targeted at the 2027 season and beyond. Now is the perfect time for those seven teams to start making plans to integrate cheerleaders into their game day programs for next season. ⏰️🏈📣

With that said, scroll to check out some potential candidates for the expansion NFC cheer squads. 🎧✨️
