Ignore the repost 😔 (for better quality) First novice comp done and dusted 😅😅 S: 102.5kg | 115kg | 120kg (match PR) B: 67.5kg | 75kg | 82.5kg (+2.5kg PR) D: 130kg❌| 135kg | 142.5kg (-2.5kg PR) 345kg / BW: 53kg Very proud but not satisfied 😆 Never in a million years would I have imagined myself competing yet 2023 continues to come with surprises. I would like to express a huge amount of gratitude to the @allin.barbell community whom introduced me into environment of Powerlifting. The endless support I have received and overall laughs/gee-ups that come hand in hand with the All In brand has truly made me feel part of a second family. @tonymai.performance I would like to give the biggest fattest thanks to my coach Tony Mai “If you’re afraid then why are you competing” one of the many Tony Mai quotes that stuck with me and really just altered my mindset coming into this comp. Tony has always kept me accountable and really pushed me to the limits that I wasn’t even aware I was a capable. Here’s to many more comps. @dylannlifts @tommyylifts the goats for aiding Tony with handling our team on the day despite the hot as a weather. Absolute legends and made it go as smoothly as possible. A special shout-out to @tommythenpc @brendatlifts @dnfitness_life @leon.y01 @wendyamid my fellow 6am weigh in teammates Thank you @alphaathletes_ for hosting a wonderful competition despite the heat 😅 And lastly a big fat hug to my wonderful girlfriend @anjellne and my family @leannetieu @jadynjacck @simonnguyen.18 @annv_ @deathstarglutes whose energy and support were unmatched, from day one up till the morning of the comp. 🎥: @klliftz too 🔥🔥 now go enjoy Vietnam Fuelled by doubt
