Roses are red, violets are blue… I joined the Literature Club, and now I can't leave 📖💀 I played this one on Steam last year and loved every second, so of course I had to scoop up the physical when I came across it 🖤 A psychological horror game disguised as a sweet little dating sim, Doki Doki Literature Club starts with poetry and getting to know the girls in the club… before slowly unraveling into something much darker. Just Monika 💗 Tagging some lovely ladies this time... #DokiDokiLiteratureClub #DDLC #PhysicalMedia #PS5 #GamingCollection

A different sort of Tuesday Stack 📚 Margaret Atwood has always had a way of making the familiar feel unsettling. The Handmaid’s Tale and The Testaments are the kind of books that stay with you, not simply because of how disturbing the world is, but because of how frighteningly possible so much of it feels. She takes things that have existed in our world and asks, what if it went further? What if the freedoms we take for granted disappeared, little by little? And then there’s The Edible Woman which holds a special place in this little stack for a much more personal reason. It technically belongs to my old school... I accidentally stole it as a teenager. I read it, became completely absorbed in it, and apparently decided the book was worth committing a very minor literary crime for. I still remember how profound that book felt to my teenage brain. Atwood was one of those authors who made me stop and question things I hadn't really thought deeply about yet, identity, expectations, womanhood, the roles we're handed and the ways we sometimes disappear inside them. I think that's probably why her books have stayed with me. They make me uncomfortable, they make me think, and they resonate with parts of me that I probably didn't even understand when I first read them. Tagging some lovely ladies (and Yawn 😉) today 🖤 #MargaretAtwood #TheHandmaidsTale #TheEdibleWoman #Bookstagram #BookStack

1990 TMNT Red Satin Bomber Jacket by Professional Promotion. 🐢🔥 I wanted to highlight one of my favorite TMNT items in my collection. This was given to my by my guy @katavian and is from his childhood. It's in amazing condition. It's not seen too much because it hung in the back of the room. I need to find a nice way to display it, in the main area of the room. #tmnt #teenagemutantninjaturtles #ninjaturtles #miragestudios #gameroom

Turtle Tactical Truck 🗑🚛 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows Another thrift store find for $4.50. The previous owner put the fork lifts on upside-down, and I cant get them off. I'll try again later. Either way I'm happy to add another vehicle to the collection! #teenagemutantninjaturtles #playmatestoys #tmnt #ninjaturtles #Gameroom
