I haven’t introduced myself in a while so let’s go!

It was always my dream to be on chopped!! Spoiler I got chopped in the first round.

My ex husband asked for a divorce the week before filming and I was absolutely broken during filming. I’d been on shows before so I knew if I talked about about the producers would poke and prod until I cried- it makes better television. So my interviews were pretty in genuine. I didn’t want to cry on national TV.

When guys grocery games called me to see if I wanted to be on the show I hung up 4 times because I thought it was prank.

No further explanation needed. Ice cream is third and Mexican is second

I’m an Italian trained chef- which really just means I’m laid back and hate tweezers.

Who was your high school crush?

@chefgraceramirez because she’s an incredible philanthropist, knows how to always have fun and she worked with Ricky Martin - my childhood crush. Unfortunately all of my photos with you are on Isai’s phone 😂
@guyfieri because he’s super down to earth, indredibly hard working and stayed true to his community.

This is how I started the cooking studio. I’d teach a zoom class every week and I saved all the money to lease our brick and mortar. Now that I’m a mom I love teaching online because I get to spend more time with my baby 🥹

It’s been thirty years since I decided I wanted to be a chef after watching Julia Child tress a chicken on Tv.
Life is full of magic. 14 years later I was working for Lidia Bastianich who was discovered by Julia child and James Beard.
I’ve worked in great kitchens, competed on chopped and guys grocery games and now I teach cooking at my business @lecookingstudio

Nobody wants a soggy bottom. Simply crush graham crackers, biscoff, or lady finger and sprinkle at the bottom of you pie crust before adding a fruit filling- delicious and if you’re angry at anything you can use a rolling pin 🤣🫶
