On last week’s episode of Ms. Jill’s Place, we talked lymph drainage massage and magnetic therapy- and you met Loni, the massage therapist Jill trusts most.

This week we’re getting into the benefits- sometimes it just helps to understand a little more about how and why things like this can support the body and lymph drainage or magnetic therapy can be a great tool for healing your body!

Tune in next week to see where Ms. Jill’s is off to and what wellness expert she will introduce to everyone next!

This week on Ms. Jill’s Place we took another little field trip- this time straight to Jill’s house!

There, we spent some time with Loni Dinwiddie, the mobile massage therapist she has trusted for lymph drainage massage and magnetic therapy for the past 11 years. Traveling all across the Tri-Cities, Loni helps people support their bodies through treatments that focus on relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness- just one more way we can care for both body and mind.

Come back next Sunday as we share a recap from Jill and all the benefits she’s seen from her time working with Loni! 💚

I don’t know about anyone else but it took me the last 5 days to integrate all I gathered @theomfestival
I have done ALL sorts of festivals for the last 15 years. But never have I experienced such an intimate experience with vendors-teachers-participants.
I laughed, I cried, I danced, I chanted, and I went to church. And oh yeah, I clothed some absolutely radiant Souls in my Art. I will savor the moments I shared with those humans….and as these next days pass I will share the drip….beauty in smiles…thank you for elevating my human experience….🙏🏻

I will be at west river market tmw…9-1

The OM Festival (7/24-7/28):

Moving slowly through days with intention and awareness will change your life; the slower you go, the faster you’ll know. I am filled to the brim with love. I am so grateful for all I experienced this past week, the genuine kindness, the support and nourishment, the space and grace, the acknowledging, allowing and accepting of life.

Remember the small moments because they are the foundation that make up this big, crazy world.

Until next time 🫶🏻🌞😇🧡

@theomfestival in Vermont

3 days
60+ classes
Workshops
Daily hiking
Nightly live music

Loved trying a variety of classes including kundalini yoga, primal yoga, tantric yoga, groovy soul yoga, Bhakti yoga, partner yoga, ecstatic dance, kirtan chanting, drumming and so much in between.

Grateful for the soulful connections with friends and the solo time in nature for inward reflection. 🤍
