🙋‍♀️ Who’s tried walking backwards?! 😄
It might look a little funny… but it’s SO good for you 🙌
✨ 3 reasons to give it a go:
🧠 Boosts brain power – improves balance, coordination & focus
🦵 Strengthens different muscles – great for your legs & glutes
🦶 Supports joint health – especially kind on your knees

It’s a bit tricky on my very un-level property 😬 so I tried to do it at my strength classes.

Start small, stay safe… and don’t forget to look where you’re going 😉

Who’s giving it a try?! 💪

Tired, bloated, and feeling stuck? 😳
You’re not lazy! Your hormones might just need a reset.

One of the biggest players? Insulin.
When insulin is imbalanced, your body clings to fat (especially around the belly) and refuses to let go no matter how healthy you eat.

Yes, Ozempic is trending...
But what if you could support your body naturally without needles, harsh side effects, or breaking the bank?

That’s what I found, and the difference has been incredible:
✨ More energy
✨ Less bloating
✨ Weight that finally moves
✨ No more mood swings or crash cravings

Curious how it works?

💧Want to detox and or lose weight faster? Start with WATER!💧

When it comes to the PHATT Program, one of the most overlooked game-changers is something so simple… yet so powerful:

🚨 I’ve cracked the code, ladies & gents! 🚨
This Nanna over 50~ WAS Battling stubborn belly fat, puffy face, or that bloated look — even when you’re eating clean? 😩

Here’s the honest truth 👇
Insulin is your fat-storing hormone.
When it’s out of whack — especially teamed up with high cortisol (your stress hormone) — your body flips into fat-storing mode.
Think: belly, face, chest… sound familiar?

And what throws them off?
🌀 Stress
🍬 Sugar
😴 Poor sleep
🌪️ Midlife hormone chaos (hello, menopause!)

But the good news? You can reset this naturally — I TRIED a more complex method my 40s, and NOW this SUCCESSFUL simple way in my 50s. 💪
No crazy diets. No punishing workouts- just daily movement &
simple, science-backed natural 🌱 hormone support that works with your body — not against it.

I’m sleeping better, my gut feels happier, and the unwanted weight and tummy pouch is shifting without the stress. 🙌

Wanna know what worked for me?

💬 Drop “snaps” in the comments and I’ll send the info your way!
