Lee Musho @lee_musho spent some time at the @vtcheesefest at @shelburnefarms tasting some of the incredible cheeses Vermont has to offer, including this extra-gooey Camembert-Brie blend from @blueledgefarm .

She caught up with Hannah from Blue Ledge Farm to find out what makes this cheese so exceptionally creamy and runny. The secret? It all comes down to moisture and how the curds are handled during cheesemaking.

Are you team extra-gooey or team firm and sliceable?

Are THC beverages ready for a place on restaurant and bar menus?

@senoritadrinks is helping move the category into mainstream social settings through partnerships with the United Center, Grand Ole Opry, Navy Pier and @lollapalooza.

As consumer interest grows, foodservice operators must also navigate an evolving patchwork of state and federal regulations.

Here’s a closer look at the THC beverage market and what operators should consider before adding the category to their menus.

🍹 There is more to the spritz than Aperol.

Restaurant and bar operators looking to refresh their beverage menus can explore five colorful alternatives featured in our latest article by @lee_musho :

✨ Sarti Spritz
🫒 Select Spritz
🍋 Limoncello Spritz
🍑 Juliette Peach Liqueur Spritz
🍷 Tinto de Verano

These refreshing, lower-ABV cocktails deliver a range of sweet, citrusy, botanical, savory, and sparkling flavors—while remaining relatively simple for bartenders to prepare and serve.

Which one would you add to your cocktail menu?

🍸 Is it time to retire the classic V-shaped martini glass?

While its iconic silhouette has defined cocktail culture for decades, science suggests it may not be the best vessel for serving a truly great martini.

In her latest article for Total Food Service, WSET Level 3-certified sommelier and journalist @lee_musho explores how glass shape affects ethanol vapor, aroma, temperature, evaporation—and even how likely your cocktail is to spill.

Her conclusion? A Nick and Nora glass can help a martini taste smoother, stay colder longer, preserve more of its delicate aromatics, and make the trip from the bar to the table far less risky.
