I truly have the best mum on this planet. I think as you get older, and realise what truly matters, you need to cherish every moment you have with your loved ones, as life truly moves too fast.

Mum has been there through every sporting moment of my career, (she got me into gym at 15), basketball, football grandfinals (where i got best on ground 😝) and many bodybuilding shows, shes even been to USA twice once was a surprise, her , my dad and grandpa walked into golds venice to surprise me, to watch me at arnolds columbus! And they were their for my Mr Olympia showing, shes always my biggest fan. So mum thank you for being you... i love you, happy belated mothers day and bday ❤️❤️❤️ @leeannpolites

I honestly don’t know where I would be without her —my mum, my best friend, and the most incredible & loving Nanny to my little ones.

You’ve held my hand through every chapter, cheered me on through every high, and lifted me in every low. Watching you with my children is one of the greatest joys of my life—your warmth, your affection, the sleepovers and the way you light up when you see them… it’s pure magic. They adore you just as much as I do 🩷✨

I look forward to calling you 3 times a day for the rest of our lives and having sleepovers, girls lunches and shopping dates every chance I get.

Love you more than words can ever say and celebrating you today and everyday 💕🎈🌸🎀🍰

Yesterday I had to say goodbye to one of the most special humans I’ve ever known, my granda ❤️ easily one of the hardest weeks for our family as we were blessed to be incredibly close, I’m fortunate to have been on countless holidays with him, especially the last few years , he also came to all of my biggest bodybuilding shows including the olympia, I will cherish these memories for ever ❤️ love you granda

Watching the Wales and dolphins is just so beautiful, there curious and majestic 💙⚓️🌊🦈The Big fish was a 10yr old female Baramundi, the young boy caught it under our boat, then tagged it and let it go 💙🦈

What is a Blessingway?

A Blessingway is a beautiful pre-birth tradition which is becoming more popular as word spreads. For a traditional baby shower, gifts are usually purchased for the baby & the focus is more on the impending arrival of the Bub.
However, a blessingway is all about nurturing the mother-to-be, and celebrating motherhood.
It is a special way to fill her cup so it overflows with love and confidence as she awaits the impending birth of her baby.
There’s nothing like a circle of loving women to get that delicious hormone, oxytocin, (the hormone of labor, but also love and bonding) flowing! ✨✨Would you have a blessingway ?
