Unexpectedly, academic fatigue affects a lot of students, particularly graduates in high school. It's difficult to balance everything, including schooling, college applications, grant applications, extracurricular activities, commencement planning, and everything else. Sometimes it might even be too much to handle, especially since many pupils are still carrying the burden of the epidemic.

We've listed how burnouts can cause depression.

When you’re depressed, it can be hard to practice self-care. Self-care, though, is essential for beating depression.

Self-care is a broad term that includes a way of being with yourself and a way of doing in the world around you. Depression has a way of making it hard to think of ways to practice self-care. This partial list of self-care ideas just might inspire your own ideas. Take a screenshot of this post and self-care!

6 steps that a teacher can take to help students with depression:

Teachers, keep in mind that depressed students do not voluntarily perform poorly or withdraw. They want to succeed and frequently ask instructors and others for advice and help, but they are unable to express their requirements.

All educators should keep in mind that offering support and compassion does not need expertise in therapy or counseling, despite the fact that educators without major mental health backgrounds may feel hesitant and uncomfortable approaching and engaging with children with depression. We advise enrolling in the Betherecertificate.org course as the first step in your mental health journey.

Testing Anxiety: Teacher Interviews!

As seen from these interviews, many students struggle with testing anxiety, allowing them to affect their performance on tests. This is most prominent to teachers when students are on a time restraint.

Take this as an opportunity to see that you are not less intelligent for struggling with testing anxiety! It is a real thing for many students in different grades.

Remember, you are not alone!

How To Be There For Someone?

Before we began this campaign we took the Be there course and learned valuable knowledge regarding mental health and our main focus - depression.

The topic of mental health is receiving more attention. Young people are gaining the confidence to talk about their problems and ask for help, but frequently their friends and families are unsure of how to react. Change is being sought by Jack.org. In our ideal world, every young person feels at ease discussing their mental health, and those who require support receive it.

Let's get more knowledgeable on how to encourage one another and how to spot when someone is hurting. We strongly suggest you take this course on Bethere.org.

This quote says exactly what it means.

Don’t allow mediocre obstacles or setbacks stop you from achieving your goals. The only way to progress is by making mistakes, so allow yourself to make said mistakes.
