Being named 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 means so much to me. More than the title, it reminds me of the growth, lessons, the people, and all the little moments that have shaped my journey as a creator.

it took me a while to write this because my emotions were kind of all over the place.

this is my first time back in @amoritaresortpalawan since seeing it during construction last year, and it really amazes me seeing everything finally come to life.

but beyond how beautiful the resort is, i think what makes every one of collection property special are really the people behind it.

this isn’t the first time i’ve felt this way, but every time i stay at amorita or the funny lion, i somehow always bring home something with me. not just memories from the trip, but actual lessons.

everyone is different, everyone has their own role, but seeing how everyone works together so naturally like one team, almost like family, is something that really stays with me. seeing how well the staff are taken care of, and in return, how much they genuinely think about and care for every guest, really touches something in me.

during this stay, while we’re so grateful and honored to be recognized as one of @amoritaresortpanglao top producers, i think what i’m taking home more than anything is a deeper understanding of what hospitality really means and why we do what we do.

congratulations, amorita puerto princesa. seeing everything come together from where it started to what it is now is so special.

we can’t wait for our guests from Basecamp @resortsbook to experience the same warmth and care that i got to experience here.

and to everyone who was part of making this property what it is today, and of course our team from Basecamp International Tour Inc., congratulations too. you can really feel the heart behind it. 💗

AN AMORITA ARIA
(After "The Waters of March")

A word, a place, a step on the sand.
The sun on the sea, the plate in the hand.

The waters of Palawan, open and wide,
The deep Sulu Sea, the pull of the tide.
The flash of a wing, a ghost in the trees,
The white katala that rides on the breeze.

A morning at Katala, light on the waves,
The big, hearty breakfast the appetite craves.
The White Clam Suam, the pork belly char,
The grill in the breeze under afternoon star.

The table at Turchino, shadow that falls,
The Margherita Moderna quietly calls.
The crunch of the greens, the dip, and the flame,
The squid and the shrimp with an ocean-bound name. Porchetta with eggs, the slow-roasted grace,
The apple mostarda in brutalist space.
The rich osso buco, the citrusy gleam,
The polenta whipped smooth like a midsummer dream.

In Puerto Princesa, where mangroves awake,
The cave-filtered light as the afternoon breaks.
A table at C75, beef tartare on the roll,
The piping hot pho and the depth of the bowl.
The rich Boeuf de Luxe that comforts the soul.
The camembert baked till it yields to the knife,
The crispy onions, the brandy, the bite.

The grace of Amorita, the sleep and the dawn,
The roar of The Funny Lion when evening is gone.

It is food, it is wine, it is living the song.
It is life, it is art, where the feelings belong.

𝑨 𝑴𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒊𝒅’𝒔 𝑫𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈, made possible with the best dream team 🧜‍♀️✨

Just got back from the most magical weekend of our lives! Allow me to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible people who poured their time, effort, and creativity into making our wedding such a beautiful celebration..

First and foremost, our dream wedding’s Creative Director, Ms @ycoysitchon. When Jerald gave the go signal of going for what I wanted (basically any theme under the sun that I dreamed of doing), Ate Ycoy, together with my kinakapatid kuya @jeffreysitchon and team @labellefete, knew exactly what to do. Thank you for being our rock all throughout our one year of wedding prep. For guiding us with every single detail, and for holding my hand (yes me lang kasi mas chill si Je 😅) in times when I felt too emotional and wary.. especially on the day itself. Ate and Kuya, you both know me so well. Indeed the power couple of your chosen field, maraming maraming salamat. Mahal ko kayong dalawa. Sobra.

@randylazaro_, mami.. my mermaid fairy Godmother! I say this to you all the time but will gladly say it out loud for everyone to know. — You are blessed because you are genuine. An artist of pure talent, a kind generous heart. You know you can always count on me & and Jerald. Forever grateful to you. ilysm!!!

Our @amoritaresortbohol family, our home away from home for almost a decade now. Our little darling paradise that will forever have a special place in our hearts. Thank you for always welcoming us with open arms, and for letting us create a memory that we will treasure for a lifetime. @leedsitallbehind @lyba_godio @katalene_

To my HUSBAND @iamjnapoles, thank you for saying yes, all out on making my mermaid dream wedding come to life. ILYSM 🤍🤍🤍

More appreciation posts to come in the next few days!Suppliers & people to thank our hearts are full of joy and gratitude 🥹 Please bear with our wedding flood posts in the coming days as Jerald and I are sinking everything in one day at a time..

To everyone sending sweet messages and well wishes, thank you all! Ahhh!!! We are MARRIED!!!🥹👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️🤍

Diving yesterday in Balicasag.
What started as a rough first 15 minutes turned into an unforgettable, all-in-one dive experience — sharks, barracudas, jacks, and turtles.

Another win this year! Third time in a row.🏆

Thank you so much @thelostcowbohol and @amoritaresortbohol for giving me a platform to express my love for costumes. To be honest, it started with doing simple DIY projects for my kids. Be it their parties, costumes for Halloween or school events and their annual birthday shoots, I do my best for them as it creates meaningful memories for the family.

For this year’s costume, I would like to thank my sister, @xxrhinnaxx , for assisting me in making the top and skirt, we did it for only two days after a 3-4 hr sesh each day while listening to @realstraykids and @ateez_official_ , with a lot of glue gun burns after but it was worth it.😆

To @cullenocio , for driving us around to get the mannequin that I rented and for helping Rhinna find the perfect shade of gold (since the ones we got from ICM didn’t work which was such a bummer!) and for patiently waiting and supporting us overall.

To my husband, @foodietarsiidae , who allows me to do these things and believes in my vision even if sometimes he doesn’t understand, thanks dad!😆

This year, I told myself to get ready early so I won’t rush unlike the previous year and with their help, I was able to finish everything two weeks in advance. So thank you for always being there!🫶🏻

Lastly, thank you for this recognition, it means a lot! See you next year!🌸

Being part of the first-ever Beyond The Grid event at Amorita Resort was an incredible experience. It was amazing to see collaborations between known brands like @cebupacificair , @xiaomi.philippines , @lancomeofficial , @kerastase_official , and @narsissist

Being acknowledged as treasured partners and Amorita Event Champions is an incredible honor. We’re eager to create more memories and be part of future events that will help us live up to this recognition.🏆
