Me and Willie Jack took a mini road trip to Indy for 18 hours to cheer on my friends then back to St. Louis for an 8 mile run. I have had such a great time the last month cheering on so many friends chasing big goals! Spectating at races is truly inspiring and it has filled my cup. Today was my longest run in over 2 months. When I started having knee issues, I went to PT and had my quad strength tested. My left quad had a 30% deficit from my right quad. We re-tested it yesterday and in just 8 weeks I have gotten it to a 1.8% difference! I am so proud of all the work that I have put it and can see it paying off. Here’s to continuing to do all the right things so I can continue to do the thing that I love. 🤞🏼

Testimony Tuesday 🥳🩵 “Working with Gaby Go has been a game-changer for my running. From day one, I could tell that her knowledge and expertise would take my training to the next level. With a deep understanding of running mechanics, race strategies, and injury prevention, Gaby provided me with tailored guidance that’s made all the difference in my performance. Gaby’s ability to create structured, well-rounded training plans that challenge me while considering my individual needs has been invaluable. What really stands out is how Gaby has helped me optimize my training in a way that works for my body and goals. She has given me the tools to improve my form, avoid injuries, and push myself strategically—without burning out.  I can confidently say that Gaby has been instrumental in reshaping my running strategy, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her knowledge, support, and commitment to my current & continued success. If you’re looking for a coach who will truly elevate your running performance, I highly recommend Gaby at Go Run Stronger.” — Lauren “Working with Lauren has been an absolute privilege. From the start, she approached her training with enthusiasm and an open mind, ready to take on challenges and improve every aspect of her running. Her drive and commitment have made it a joy to create plans that not only push her but also keep her strong and healthy. What truly stands out about Lauren is her dedication to learning and her willingness to adapt. She’s embraced a strategic approach that balances pushing her limits with smart recovery, and the results speak for themselves. I’m so proud of all she’s accomplished and can’t wait to see her continue to reach new heights in her running journey.” — Gaby #testimonytuesday #gorunstronger
