You can’t do everything at once. That’s one of the biggest mistakes I see small brands make... trying to be everywhere, do everything, master every platform… all at the same time. In my latest episode of The Hunt Stealth Podcast, Lee Harrison from Spark Media House put it simply: You don’t need to do everything. You need to do a few things really well. If you’re building a brand in the outdoor space (or any space), start here: • Email • Social • In-person events That’s it. Build your email list. Show up consistently on social. Get face-to-face with your customers. Stack those three and you’ll be ahead of most businesses trying to chase the next shiny marketing trend. Growth isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things consistently. If you haven’t listened to this episode yet, it’s a good one.
