LOWER BODY TECHNIQUE WORKSHOP

Me and Lee Jones are running another workshop at TNT Lancaster on Sunday 8th November at 2pm.

This one is all about getting more out of your training, learning how to set yourself up properly on lower body exercises and understanding how to get the most out of every rep.

We’ll be covering technique, positioning and how to train properly so you can keep progressing, get better results and build the knowledge to carry on improving long after the workshop.

Whether you’ve been training for years or you’re still finding your way in the gym, there’ll be plenty to take away and put into practice.

📍 TNT Lancaster
📅 Sunday 8th November
⏰ 2pm
💰 £40 per person
🎟️ Only 5 spaces available

If there’s enough interest, we’ll look at running another group straight after.

Come along, learn something new and get more out of your training.

If you are interested drop me a message I’ll send you the link.

The photos are great, but they’re not the best bit.

We’ve just had another photoshoot with our clients and honestly, seeing everyone on the day makes all the hard work worth it.

But what people don’t see is everything that goes into getting there.

The clients who come to us having tried every diet going, struggling to stay consistent and fed up of feeling like they’re starting again every week.

They start with a goal, we get a plan in place and we work through it together.

There’s good weeks, tough weeks, busy weeks where life gets in the way. But over time, things start to change.

They’re getting stronger, feeling better in themselves, seeing changes in the mirror and building confidence they might have lost along the way.

Then shoot day comes around and they get to see what they’ve actually achieved. And seeing their reactions when they get their photos back is brilliant.

But what matters just as much to us is what happens afterwards. Bringing calories back up, maintaining their results, building muscle and learning how to stay in shape without constantly jumping from one diet to the next.

That’s what we want for our clients. Not just a good set of photos, but something they can take forward long after the shoot is over.

If getting into the best shape of your life is something you want to tick off in 2027, this could be a great goal to work towards.

Our next shoot is in May 2027, and now is the time to start building towards it.

You don’t need to be in shape already. You just need to be ready to get started.

Drop me READY in the DMs and let’s have a chat 👊

Week 1 of Accelerate complete 💪

And average weight loss over the week of 1.95kg and 3cm off my waist 🤯

This week has come with some challenges but overall I’m pleased with my progress.
I showed up at the gym and even got some solo strength sessions in, even though it’s my least favourite thing to do, and I have increased my water intake beyond just coffee and red bull/monster.

I don’t feel like I’ve missed out and I’m looking forward to heading into next week

October 2024 ➡️ May 2026.

Fay first came to us through our 8 Week Accelerate programme because she wanted to lose weight.

But really, she wanted to feel better in herself, feel more confident and stop feeling like she was constantly starting again.

What started as an 8-week programme turned into a much bigger journey.

After Accelerate, Fay moved into 1-2-1 coaching and we worked through different phases depending on what she needed at the time. We pushed fat loss, worked on maintaining her results, got stronger and eventually started properly preparing for her first photoshoot.

And it definitely wasn’t 19 months of everything going perfectly.

There were busy weekends, social events, birthdays, Christmas, low motivation and plenty of normal life going on in the background.

Adam was away on tour with Massive Wagons, the kids were at home and Fay still had everything else to deal with.

But instead of letting those things become a reason to stop, we just worked around them.

She checked in, stayed accountable, trained, got her food sorted and, honestly, probably sent me more high-protein meals on WhatsApp than anyone I’ve ever coached 😂

Then May came around.

16.4kg down and she absolutely smashed her photoshoot.

But what I liked most was what happened afterwards.

We didn’t just finish the shoot and put her straight back into another diet.

We brought her food up, changed the goal and moved into a proper building phase.

She’s been in that phase since May, focusing on getting stronger, building muscle and making the most of the shape she’d worked bloody hard to create.

And that’s a massive part of why I love coaching.

The goal isn’t just to get someone lean for a few weeks.

It’s helping them understand what to do before, during and after the fat loss.

Fay started because she wanted to lose weight.

She’s now spent the last few months learning how to build.

And she’s nowhere near finished yet. 💪

Two years ago today, we launched the very first intake of Accelerate.

The idea was pretty simple. We wanted to help people lose weight, but we also wanted to give them the support, accountability and knowledge to know what to do once those 8 weeks were over.

And looking back now, I think that’s probably the part I’m most proud of.

Because over the last two years, we’ve had more than 200 people come through Accelerate, and behind every transformation there’s been a completely different story.

We’ve had people who had spent years trying to lose weight, constantly starting something new and never being able to make it stick.

We’ve had people who just wanted to feel comfortable in their clothes again, get their confidence back and stop avoiding photos.

We’ve had people lose 8, 10, 12, 15kg+ and completely change the way they look at food and training.

But then we’ve also watched people take what they learnt from those 8 weeks and go on to do things they never thought they would.

Running 10Ks and half marathons. Doing HYROX. Booking photoshoots. Getting stronger. Building muscle. And for some, staying with us for months and even years afterwards.

That’s what Accelerate was always supposed to be.

Not just 8 weeks of losing weight and then being left to figure it out yourself.

It was about teaching people how to actually make progress, how to handle normal life while doing it, and what to do when the 8 weeks are finished.

Two years on, 200+ people have been through the programme and we’ve got hundreds of stories that we could share.

And honestly, I’m fucking proud of what it’s become.

The latest intake of Accelerate is now OPEN.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this could be the one.

Andy came into ACCELERATE feeling like he’d already tried everything.

For a whole year he’d been trying to lose weight, but the scales had only moved 3kg.

When you’re putting the effort in and barely seeing anything back, it’s pretty easy to lose motivation and start thinking nothing is going to work.

So Andy decided he needed some proper help.

8 weeks later, he was 15kg down.

But for me, the 15kg is only part of the story.

The biggest thing Andy got from ACCELERATE was the structure. He finally had something he could follow and, more importantly, stick to.

The weight started coming down week after week. He stopped feeling bloated after meals, the bingeing stopped, his energy improved and his sleep got better.

He told us he feels 10 years younger.

And this is exactly why I don’t look at ACCELERATE as just an 8-week diet.

Yes, it’s designed to get you moving and losing fat quickly.

But I don’t want to give you a plan for 8 weeks, take your money and then leave you wondering what the hell you’re supposed to do afterwards.

Throughout the programme, we’re teaching you how to actually manage your food, training and lifestyle so you understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.

Because losing the weight is one thing.

Knowing how to keep it off and continue making progress is a completely different skill.

Andy has now got that foundation to carry on from.

That’s the bit I’m most proud of.

Our next ACCELERATE intake opens this Friday, September 25th at 9am.

The early bird price is £129, but you need to be on the email list to get access to it.

We kick off Monday 5th October.

If you’re fed up of trying things, losing a few kilos and then ending up back where you started, get yourself on the list through the link in my bio.

Let’s actually get you moving forward this time.

When Sophie started with me, she had a full-time job, three kids and a lot going on.

She wanted to lose weight and get herself into better shape, but there was never going to be a point where life suddenly became quiet and she had loads of spare time.

So we just started working with what she had.

We got her training into her week, worked on her food and slowly started getting some consistency.

It wasn’t overnight, and it definitely wasn’t perfect.

But she kept going.

That eventually led to her first photoshoot.

Then we did another one.

After that, rather than putting her straight back into another diet, we changed things around.

We brought her food up, focused on getting stronger and started working more on her fitness.

She went on to do two HYROXs and a 10K, while still working full-time and bringing up three kids.

There have been holidays, meals out, birthdays and plenty of busy weeks along the way.

There have also been weeks where training hasn’t gone how we wanted it to and nutrition hasn’t been perfect.

But we’ve never needed to start from scratch.

We just looked at what was going on, made the changes we needed to make and carried on.

And now we’re getting ready for Sophie’s third photoshoot next May.

That’s probably my favourite part of her journey.

Not just that she’s done the photoshoots or the HYROXs.

It’s that she’s gone from feeling like getting in shape was something she struggled to fit into her life, to being able to train, eat well, enjoy herself and keep progressing while having a full-time job and three kids.

That’s a lot of change over the time we’ve worked together.

And Soph, I’m genuinely proud of you mate.

Hyrox in October then, third shoot next. 👊

If you’re trying to make a change but feel like your life is too busy to actually stick to it, DM me COACHING and tell me what’s going on.

Sydney Sweeney, eat your heart out 😂

The Accelerate version of the advert, starring yours truly.

I can’t lie, I think I pulled this off.

But behind the towel, dramatic music and questionable acting, there’s actually a pretty serious point…

Our 8-week fat loss programme, ACCELERATE, has now helped 200+ people shed body fat, break through plateaus and start their own transformation.

And no, that doesn’t mean eating chicken and broccoli for 8 weeks or spending 2 hours a day in the gym.

You’re not following a rigid meal plan.

You’re not guessing what to do.

You’re not left to get on with it yourself.

You get a structured plan, training, nutrition, accountability and support from two coaches who are there to guide you through the 8 weeks and, just as importantly, show you how to keep progressing afterwards.

If you’re currently:

😡 Spinning your wheels with no real progress

😡 Stuck with fat loss and need some direction

😡 Lacking the accountability and structure to actually get results

Then ACCELERATE is for you.

The Early Bird price is just £129.

But there are ONLY 30 Early Bird spaces.

Once they’re gone, it goes to the full price of £169.

And if our previous launches are anything to go by, they won’t hang around for long.

The Early Bird spaces go live on September 25th.

BUT… you need to be on the Priority List to lock in the £129 price.

You can join through the link in my bio or just comment LIST and I’ll send you the link.

Get yourself on the list now.

Then when the doors open, you’re ready.

ACCELERATE.

8 weeks.

Let’s fucking go. 😮‍💨

I’m not going to tell you that getting in shape means never having a social or a beer again.

The socials with the friends are always going to be there.

And so they fucking should be.

But there’s a difference between having a social life and letting every weekend undo what you’ve done all week.

At some point you have to be honest with yourself.

If you’re having a few too many beers, getting a takeaway and telling yourself you’ll start again Monday every single week, you’re probably not going to get the result you want.

Jonathan is a good example of this.

He’s not been perfect for the last year.

He’s had work, family, meals out and normal life going on around him.

But he’s learnt when he needs to pull things back in.

Across his Accelerate journeys, he’s now lost 41kg.

On his latest block alone he dropped 7kg, 8cm from his chest, 6cm from his waist and 9cm from his hips.

That didn’t come from being perfect.

It came from getting his training done, hitting his steps, sticking to the plan and having the accountability to keep him on track.

That’s what I want Accelerate to give you.

Not a life where you can’t enjoy yourself.

Just 8 weeks where you make yourself a priority, get some momentum back and learn how to manage things better going forward.

The next ACCELERATE starts October 5th.

The first 30 Early Bird spaces are £129 and the priority list opens September 25th.

BUT you can only get a space IF you are on that list.
