I thought I knew where my health was at, until I went to go find out it wasn’t all where it should be.

After dealing with turf toe and an Achilles injury, I stopped guessing and got tested. I did a full longevity assessment at @leelalongevity three hours covering strength, metabolism, recovery, and even brain age.

Some of it I was proud of. Some of it I needed to hear. Either way, I walked out knowing exactly where to put my focus.

The lesson is don’t wait for something to break before you pay attention.

September was incredibly busy which gave me the opportunity to work on a lot of my coping strategies. Looking forward to October slowing down some.

Knowledge is power and health is wealth.

Now that summer is over I’m investing into my health. Not just by going to the gym or getting my steps in, but looking at my nutrition and symptoms to try and understand my root problems.

Getting the Leela Longevity Premium Health Assessment (investment $500) gave me a baseline and starting point in my health journey.

They have two locations in Calgary and will leave you feeling educated & informed on your next steps

A little different from how I’d normally spend a Sunday

Growing up there was always this idea in my household that if you don’t go looking for answers, you can kind of stay blissfully unaware? And somehow that was better?

But the older I get, the more I realize I DO want to be aware. I want to be proactive about my health and understand where I’m at now so I can make better decisions for the future.

This assessment looked at anything and everything you could imagine, and for me, it wasn’t about finding something to worry about - it was about getting a baseline and having more information about my body 🤎

Thank you @LeelaLongevity for having me, I can’t wait to see my full results!

Have you ever wondered how old your body actually is? 👀🧬

We spent the day at @leelalongevity experiencing one of the most comprehensive wellness assessments out there!

Over 3 hours, everything from metabolism and body composition to strength, balance, cognitive performance and nervous system recovery was put to the test.

About a week later, you receive a personalized report breaking down where you’re thriving, where you can improve and what you can actively work toward.

The results? A longevity age of 30, cardiometabolic age of 28 and an overall functional age of just 27! 🙌

Because longevity isn’t just about living longer — it’s about staying stronger, healthier and more capable along the way.

Would you want to know your functional age? 👇
