Our clients are 11,400km and thirteen hours away, and they won’t miss a decision.

That is not luck and it is not goodwill. It is four things, sorted long before anyone was swinging hammers.

One place every decision lives. Drawings, variations, selections, invoices, programme. All of it sits in Wunderbuild, and our clients log in from wherever they are. Not an email chain. Not a folder on someone’s laptop.

A chat channel per project, with the client in it. A question asked at nine at night their time has an answer before they wake up. Nobody is chasing anybody.

Education before the contract, not during it. What a variation actually is. What a provisional sum actually means. What each stage will ask of you and when. Decisions made early are cheap. The same decisions made at lock-up are not.

A team organised enough that nothing waits on one person. And when something genuinely needs a face, we FaceTime from the room in question.

And if you are in the country, we catch up once a week, usually over a coffee. Building a home should be enjoyable, not stressful.

The grunt work all happens before construction starts. That is the whole point. By the time the trades are on site there is very little left to argue about, which is exactly why our clients could get on a plane.

If you are planning a build in the Macedon Ranges or Melbourne’s inner west, and your life is not going to stop for it, this is what it could look like. Get in touch to learn more.

PANGBOURNE HOUSE | A new chapter begins.

We’re excited to officially commence Pangbourne House — a renovation that will breathe new life into this beautiful heritage home while respecting the character and history that make it special.

This project is a true collaboration from the outset — Leemon Design × Clover Interiors × Backman Builders — bringing design, interiors and construction together as one team with one clear vision.

There’s plenty to come as we transform Pangbourne House. We’ll be taking you behind the build and sharing the details, challenges and craftsmanship along the way.

Old character. New life. Built to last.

Clean, sharp, and built to last.

This frameless glass balustrade completely opens up the space while still keeping everything safe and compliant. Paired with the black hardware, it ties in perfectly with the exposed steel and gives that modern, high end finish without blocking the view.

It’s these small details that make a big difference keeping the area feeling open, light, and seamless.

Another tidy install by the team 👌

@duluxaus Ecru Half doing its thing in the arvo sun. We are so happy with our paint choice, even with the first coat it’s adding such a gentle warmth to the space all while keeping with the retro feel 💞

We installed this 150 kg clear glass shower panel a serious bit of glass 💪

All the hardware is matte black, tying in perfectly with the tapware and window frames.

We actually had to remove a window just to get the panel in but we get the job done, no matter what it takes 👷‍♂️

Every measurement had to be spot on, with clean lines and a seamless fit once in place.
A sleek, modern space with stone tiles, dark cabinetry and that crisp clear glass finish 👌
