🍦 SUMMER FUN HITS DIFFERENT WITH ICE CREAM! We gave the Serrano Brothers the camera for a summer stop at @bettyraes … and they definitely approved. 😂🍦 The BEST part for our family? They have dairy-free ice cream, which means our 5-year-old doesn’t have to miss out on the fun. Great flavors. Big smiles. Sticky faces. Perfect summer memories. If you’re looking for a family-friendly ice cream shop in Kansas City with dairy-free options, add Betty Rae’s to your summer list!

Another great restaurant has opened just across the county line from my neighborhood, and I'm here for it! I stopped by Joe's Next Door and was really impressed. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and some delicious food. We started with the queso and salsa and the chicken bites, both of which were excellent. I had the Chicken Avocado Sandwich, while Lee went with the Z-Man, one of the items they're known for. My favorite thing of the night was the Smoked Salmon Dip. It was absolutely fantastic. And if you're looking for a refreshing drink, do yourself a favor and order the Coconut Margarita. It's a must-have! It's always exciting to see new local businesses investing in our community. Welcome to the neighborhood, Joe's Next Door! There are still plenty of things on the menu I want to try, so we'll definitely be back. #ajinkc #newrestaurant #explorekc #bbq #eatlocal @joeskc @visitkansascityks

Still feeling the energy from an unforgettable night at the Dancing with the Stars fundraiser 💫 Huge thank you to @paigedotygammon for the invite, such a special evening to be part of. And I have to say, @kendallgammon83 absolutely crushed it on the dance floor 👏 Loved seeing so many familiar faces all coming together to give back, and wow, the talent on that dance floor! What an incredible way to celebrate 20 years of this event while raising over $1.6M for @cristoreykc and the amazing students they serve. Just an unforgettable night ❤️ #ajinkc #fundraiser #explorekc #Chiefs #dancingwiththestars @overlandparkcc
