This place has become my home away from home for going on 7 years.

It’s helped me recognize strength I didn’t know I was capable of. It’s given me a community of like minded humans- always pushing to be more disciplined, a little better and forever spreading support and encouragement.

I’ve walked in on some of my best days and some of my worst and all I’ve ever received from the box is unwavering support and a place to just be - however I needed to be on that given day.

It’s given me a place to start my own personal training business @bravetobefitness. Where I’ve connected with some insanely badass people. Tonight, we expanded and had our first Thursday night group class and all I feel is overwhelming gratitude.

Just a moment of recognition for everything that has changed over the past 7 years…even more so the past 12 months.

Excited to approach each day with humility and hunger…just to see how far we can go.

♥️🔥

Good morning Compass, clients, friends & family! ☀️🏡

I wanted to introduce you to my Compass family here in Morgan Hill & South County! ❤️

Back in 2025, I decided it was time to level up my business — expanding beyond my home base in Santa Cruz County and growing my business throughout the Monterey Bay, Peninsula, Morgan Hill & South Bay.

You can find me at the Capitola Compass office on Mondays & Thursdays, and if you’re in the South Bay, come say hello Tuesdays & Wednesdays in Morgan Hill!

And to my new Morgan Hill family — thank you for welcoming me with open arms! I truly feel like part of the team and couldn’t be more excited about what we’re building here. 🥰

One of the best parts of joining Compass has been surrounding myself with top-producing agents, incredible support and a team that makes it possible for me to serve my clients at the highest level.

I’m incredibly grateful for this new chapter, the relationships I’ve built, and the opportunities ahead. Two communities, one business, and lots of room to grow! ✨

If you’re in Santa Cruz, Monterey, Morgan Hill or the South Bay, come say hi! I’d love to connect. ❤️

Some workouts are fun.

This was not one of them. 😂

Overhead power snatches and overhead squats are probably my least favorite movements in CrossFit. My shoulder mobility reminds me of that every single rep. 😅

But that’s kind of the point.

The things we avoid are often the things we need the most. So I keep showing up, keep working, and keep chasing progress—even if it’s only a little bit at a time. 💪

Will I complain while I’m doing it? Absolutely.

Will I still do the work? Also absolutely. 🔥

Getting better isn’t always about loving the process. Sometimes it’s just about being willing to do the hard stuff anyway.
