ATHX Birmingham 2026 — what a day. 🖤

So proud of Lee and me for putting in the work, trusting each other, and coming away with a top 10 finish! Having Mum there to share it made it even more special.

A reminder that the hard sessions at TMP, early mornings and little moments of doubt are all worth it when you get to stand on the start line with your people beside you.

I’m back, bi*ches! 🥰😂

Officially back from maternity leave, and what better way to celebrate than with a reel featuring my favourite duo! 🤍

There’s a new work setting and location coming very soon… and it’s literally only down the road! 👀✨ Hence the dancing on the furniture in this one — because apparently we couldn’t wait until the new place was ready! 😂

For now, all appointments will remain at my usual location. I’ll let you know as soon as I’m fully relocated to the new space. 🤍

✨ My current working hours:
• Mondays — evenings only
• Thursdays — all day
• Fridays — 9:30am–2pm

I’ll also be adding Wednesdays from January, once little one starts with the childminder for another day. 👶🏼🤍

As always, my booking link is in my bio.

I honestly can’t wait to see all of you who I haven’t seen since returning — I’ve missed you! 🥰

ATHX GAMES 2026 | PART 3/3 ❤️‍🔥

And that’s a wrap! 👊🔥

After weeks of training, plenty of hard sessions, a few sore muscles and a LOT of work together, we finally got to put it all to the test at the ATHX Games in Birmingham.

And we’re SO proud to say we finished 9th overall in our category! 🏆🔥

This was such a brilliant experience — challenging, exhausting, exciting and so much fun all at the same time!

Having @leelashes by my side made it even more special. We worked hard, backed each other up and just kept moving when things got tough. 💙

A massive thank you to everyone who supported us, followed our training and cheered us on — especially my amazing mum and the TMP family. ❤️

And thank you to @athxgames and @resonanceenergywear for being part of the journey.

This is what we love about training at The Movement Place — setting yourself a challenge, working towards it and finding out what you're actually capable of. 💪

9th place, sore muscles and a massive sense of achievement… we’ll take that! 😜🔥

Would we do it again? …. 👊

ATHX GAMES 2026 | PART 2/3 🔥

Right… this is where it started getting serious! 😅

Part 2 of our ATHX Games experience, with Lee talking you through what we were doing for the Endurance section.

If you haven't seen Part 1, go back and watch that first 👀

And then there's Part 3…👊🔥

ATHX GAMES 2026 | PART 1/3 🔥

We did it! 💪

After weeks of training, running, lifting, sweating (and probably questioning our life choices 😂), Lee and I took on the ATHX Games in Birmingham.

We thought it would be fun to bring you along for the experience — so here’s Part 1 of 3, with Lee talking you through exactly what we were doing and how we approached it.

Part 2 and 3 to come… 👀

Huge thanks to everyone at @themovementplace who supported us along the way — especially @lees_lashes and my amazing mum @brenda.saunders2 ❤️

And of course, thank you to @athxgames and @resonanceenergywear for being part of the experience.

PART 2 COMING NEXT 👊

Rollout slalom progression on the Core Master today — working on weight transfer through the hips, keeping the upper body quiet while the lower body does the work. This drill exposes every weakness in your edge control fast. If you’re not wobbling a little, you’re not pushing the pattern.
