You can learn a lot about a place by what’s on its table.

Across the region, chefs, restaurateurs and food makers are bringing the flavors, traditions and techniques of home to KC. Creating a dining scene that feels increasingly global and distinctly Kansas City.

Here’s where to eat your way around the world without leaving the metro.

Mama, that was us 🍻

Back in March I went on my very first trip to America to visit my family in Chicago, and hang out with our friend in Kansas City, and attend Big Ears in Knoxville, and it was wonderful. We ate well, we drank even better. We met, and saw some really cool people fighting for their communities through anti-facism, and supporting each other. I’m very lucky to have been able to go on a trip like this, and also @s0phiegracesmith is the moon, and the sun, and the stars 🌙☀️✨

The best date night spots in Kansas City that locals would rather you didn't know about. 🤫

I cannot believe I'm sharing this so consider this your heads up to book a table now before everyone catches on.

Honorable mentions: 👇
Corvino Supper Club & Tasting Room: Live music + dim lighting + an incredible menu = instant “we should do this more often.”
The Campground: Cozy patio vibes and cocktails that make you want to stay for “just one more.”
Pierpont’s at Union Station: Classic, romantic, and perfect if you want a little KC charm with your dinner.

If you want even more date night spots in Kansas City worth gatekeeping this summer, I've got you.

Comment SUMMER and I'll send you my free Kansas City Summer Guide with the best local spots, events, and weekend plans.

The last and final episode of my 20s is officially here✨

I truly couldn’t have asked for better company to surround myself with this year. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a birthday that felt this special, and my heart is so full🥰 Thank you to everyone who celebrated me, showed up for me, spoiled me, and made me feel so incredibly loved🥹💕

Turning 30 can sound like you’re getting older… but honestly? I feel like I’m just getting started. More confidence, more wisdom, better boundaries, bigger goals, and somehow even better hair💁🏻‍♀️😉

Chapter 30, I’m ready for you🥂✨
