Feeling stressed? Here’s how to reverse the curse.

For those that know me, my family has experienced a lot of big changes over the past year.
🌿
Those inevitable milestones (both sobering and celebratory) have forced me to take a good hard look at how I want to spend the next 30 years of my life.
🌿
One thing is certain, I do NOT want to be stressed out or overwhelmed.

We all get to create the next phase of our lives.
🌿
And I want to use my God-given gifts to encourage others to do the same. I want to guide women like me to find the courage and passion to move beyond their comfort zones to use their brilliance to try new things, to make positive contributions in their sphere of influence, and to solve some of the world’s most challenging problems.
🌿
That’s why I LOVE working with entrepreneurs. Like me, they are creative ideators and they revel in challenging the status-quo. They are, by nature, thought-leaders and risk-takers.
🌿
The downside to this propensity for ideating and risk-taking is experiencing inevitable bouts of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. The good news is that it’s possible to reverse the curse!
🌿
Continuous improvement has been a big focus for me, and I have invested heavily in personal growth over the past few years.
🌿
Some of my friends and family members like to poo-poo my interest in personal development. But I am adamant about the value of continuously improving one’s life to be your best self. Yeah, yeah. That phrase is overused.
🌿
But my question to you is this: How can you, as an entrepreneur, learn to “self-regulate” your nervous system while flexing your internal validation muscle so that you minimize anxiety, stress and overwhelm...and get results with more ease?

To learn how, (continued in comments)

One of the strategies is through a concept called “co-regulation”. We were exploring this last week in our coaching container. If you’re an entrepreneur, this is a valuable tool! It’s all about learning how to co-regulate your nervous system by engaging key people in your life, whether it be your partner or spouse, your kids, a friend, a colleague, a strategic partner, or even an early investor.

You’re a gifted entrepreneur…
…yet uncomfortable putting yourself out there.

You hesitate to post or promote yourself.

Maybe you came from the corporate world where you were part of a team. Now you are the team.

Maybe you used to run your own marketing team or division.

Now you have to market yourself.

You’re a gifted coach.

You’re experienced.

You’re pumped up to serve more humans.

You have medicine on your heart and experience to share.

You know you have the ability to help overcome hurdles and transform lives.

You are brilliant at guiding your clients to see what they cannot see on their own.

But you hate the idea of selling yourself.

Maybe you were conditioned from an early age to never brag or “toot your horn”.

You were taught to be kind and generous and agreeable, and not call attention to yourself.

Because of this, it feels “icky” to post on social media.

Maybe your “offer” feels wobbly because you are not sure what you should say.

If this sounds familiar, then this message is for you.

I’m an entrepreneur and female founder coach.

I’ve founded (and funded) my own startup and consulting and coaching businesses.

And I believe that we can support each other to leverage our brilliance and make an impact.

This Fall, my Cohort is focusing on Mastering Your Ask...Playfully.

🌿Last week’s Kickoff Session was a-ma-zing. We covered so much in 2 short hours, and we set the stage for a kick-ass next 12 weeks.

🌿And in each of my 1:1 sessions, we’ve uncovered powerful insights—-I will be sharing these gems 💎 in our fist group meeting on Wednesday at 1pm.

It is so impactful, that I’ve decided to open up the Cohort to 3 more gifted coaches.

🔥I’m holding a second Kickoff for 3 lucky people on Monday, September 25 at 1pm.

Join us and you’ll get 2 hours of free strategy and visioning coaching and learn about our 90-Day Client Creation Challenge.

What are you waiting for?

This is the safe yet challenging container you have been looking for to grow.

DM me for the invitation/ to learn more.
