Your teenager may act like they don’t need you.

They may push you away.
They may stop telling you everything.
They may make you feel like your voice doesn’t matter anymore.

But don’t confuse their desire for independence with a desire for your absence.

They still need you—just differently.

On this episode of On The Way, we talk about what’s really happening when teenagers begin pulling away and how parents can stay connected through it.

If you’re raising a teenager—or you will be soon—this conversation is worth your time.

What kind of leaders will shape this generation?

Not just leaders with influence but leaders with substance.

Because the real question is this:
Is the culture we’re building marked by discipleship or selfishness? Community or individualism? Character or convenience?

Are we forming people who follow Jesus… or simply building followers of ourselves?
And is our influence actually worthy of being followed?

This is the heartbeat behind this book.
Lead the Way — April 28.
A call to rise, build, and lead with what lasts!

What a year it’s been at Calvary Church! 🌟

From Welcoming in the year with Glory Days to building community at Flourish and Encounter Conference, 2024 has been a year of incredible growth and impact.

We worshipped together on Easter Sunday, sent our youth to camp, hosted the unforgettable Calvary Conference, and welcomed a new chapter with our new building!

We also equipped families through the Legacy Parent Conference and made a global impact on our Peru Mission Trip. God has been so faithful, and we can’t wait to see what 2025 holds! 🙌
