"One day you meet someone and for some inexplicable reason, you feel more connected to this stranger than anyone else--closer to them than your closest family. Perhaps this person carries within them an angel--one sent to you for some higher purpose; to teach you an important lesson or to keep you safe during a perilous time. What you must do is trust in them--even if they come hand in hand with pain or suffering--the reason for their presence will become clear in due time." @daddyyankee @duradaddy
I call them my angels ,, they were the ones who believed in me so that I could do this category of woman physique ,,, from my choreography ,, posess, conditioning and more !!! Selecting the right person for the right job is the largest part of coaching. “To be as good as it can be, a team has to buy into what you as the coach are doing. They have to feel you’re a part of them and they’re a part of you.
Honoring our BEST COACH !! The one and only who knows his job and taking care of his athletes giving us the extra mile ALWAYS !!! 💪💪 my friend if you want to see result like this and better he is the man @cisco75_ proud to be part of this amazing team 🙏🙏👏👏👏#athlete #menphysique #figure #bodybuilder #bodybuilding #goal #sacrifice #dedication #diet #teamwork #fitnessmodel #fitnessmotivation #gymmotivation #passion #proud #team #dedicated #dedication #focus #supportyourfriends #oneforall #motivation #champion #fit #elegance

Not all figure athletes have to have sagging pancake GLUTES get you a coach that can spot problem areas and get to work on them. Say no to soft jello glutes!!!! bodybuilding is about a complete balanced overall phisique and while it does take time to build the perfect package, it is definitely possible. We all have lacking body parts that can always be improved.
