10 YEARS! 🖤

What an incredible feeling it was to celebrate 10 years of Barbell Effect surrounded by so many of the people who have been a part of this journey.

What started as a vision has grown into something so much bigger, a community, a family, and a place that has impacted so many lives over the years. ❤️

We truly can’t thank everyone enough who came out to celebrate with us, showed love, supported the event, and continues to support what we’re building.

10 years in business is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of, but we know we didn’t get here alone. To every member, trainer, friend, family member, local business, and person who has supported Barbell Effect along the way…THANK YOU. 🙏

Here’s to 10 years of memories, growth, challenges, wins, and an amazing community.

And we’re just getting started. 💪🏽

Cheers to the next 10. 🥂

Another successful Fit for School Drive is in the books. 💚📚

Every year, we’re reminded that Barbell Effect is so much more than a gym. It’s a community that shows up when it matters most.

Seeing families leave with school supplies, smiles on their faces, and one less thing to worry about is exactly why we continue this tradition.

A huge thank you to every member, friend, and supporter who donated supplies or contributed in any way. This wouldn’t be possible without your generosity! 🙌🏼

Special thanks to Collective Coffee and Brento Meals for helping make this event even more special. Your support means the world to us. 🙏

Together, we helped our community start the school year a little stronger. We can’t wait to do it again next year. 💚

This community speaks for itself. 💚

Ten years of Barbell Effect, told by the people who lived it.

Hear directly from our members, what this place means to them, why they keep showing up, and how it’s changed their lives in ways they never expected.

The final chapter of our anniversary documentary drops Thursday. 🎬

Meet Vanessa & DeAndre. 💚

Two years ago, they were looking for more than just a place to work out. They wanted motivation, consistency, and a community that would help them become stronger together.

Like every relationship there are plenty of laughs along the way (don’t miss the beginning 😂), but when it’s time to train, they show up and put in the work. 🔥

At Barbell Effect, we believe fitness is about more than sets and reps. It’s about finding people who make you want to keep showing up! Even on the days you don’t feel like it.

As we celebrate 10 years of Barbell Effect, we’re grateful for members like Vanessa and DeAndre who make this community what it is. 💪💚

A gym is just a building. A community is what makes it home.
🫶

This is what we set out to build, a safe space to show up, train, and grow. 🙌🏼

More of this story drops Thursday. 🙏

Records don’t last long around here.📖

The Distance Queen Edith Harrell came back and did it again…👸🏻

From 12:34 to 12:19 in the 3200m
Breaking her own school record.🔥

That’s what consistency looks like.

🦂 The standard is different at Desert Edge.
