If fitness doesn’t allow you to do the things you love, then there’s no program or plan you can follow that will improve that.

Just as Christian’s, we are in submission and obedience to God’s will, to be successful in your health endeavors, you must submit to the process and be willing to endure both pain and sacrifice.

But life is full of so many things to explore, including your own talents and abilities, don’t fall prey to the lies that having fun and enjoying yourself is detracting from being healthy or making you fitter. I need reminders of this often, if I’m honest.

So, go get strong. Challenge your body. Commit to a process. But enjoy the little things, and definitely don’t miss out on the big ones. The best cowboys saddle up everyday because they love it.

Cold seasons pass. The heart keeps burning. 🔥

No fancy dinners or dresses needed, just you two, and the reminder that God placed us in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Thank you for making this feel like home.

If you’re in a stuck season right now, let this be your sign: your best seasons don’t have to be perfect to be beautiful. 🤍

THE LAB - Vol.1
-
Exercise selection or methodology of exercise gets a ton of attention all across social media. There are clearly tons of ways to get in shape, get ripped, get strong, be athletic, have exceptional endurance, or maybe just be a little bit healthier and enjoy your life more than you did yesterday.
-
This is a series I’m doing to demonstrate that nearly every exercise has carry over. “Functional” literally means “performing as intended.” God designed our bodies to be incredibly capable and there are a vast number of ways to accomplish that.

Vol. 2 coming soon. Go enjoy your fitness. #strengthculture #sanctumperformance #ironcowboylab #fitnesslife

I was missing the 90’s so I asked my friends to dress up, send me their kid pics, & party like it’s 1999 🤪

There was only one rule: no healthy snacks allowed 😆

We ate pizza rolls, fruit roll ups, pop rocks, Oreos dunked in WHOLE MILK— all the junk we grew up on & no protein or calories were counted lol

We played MASH, 90’s trivia, and a savage game of UNO (that apparently I’ve been playing wrong my whole life)🤦🏽‍♀️

I haven’t laughed that hard in a while as everyone shared their old instant messenger names & email addresses 😂 we were some confident kids back then.

You know, maybe you’re not depressed. Maybe you just miss the 90’s 🤔

‼️PSA: no charcuterie boards or high protein non seed oil snacks were harmed in the making of this video
