It has come to my attention that August marks 1 year of my boxing journey! It has been so fun to develop a new skill and see myself progress in real time. Boxing has taught me so much about overall performance, endurance and becoming a better coach. I cannot thank @kellyanneotjen enough for being the one to invite me to my first class at @onyxboxingscottsdale - inviting someone to a new workout can truly change their life.

The most recent class I took with @likeafoss at @legxcy_phx she said “in a world where it’s pretty easy to attain many things, building strength is something you have to earn and it can’t be taken from you” this is the kind of confidence that I have found from boxing!

Here’s to continuing the hustle & refining the skill, and maybe one day you will see me as your boxing coach 🤷🏻‍♀️👀
