these friends… the friends that you cross paths with and they chose you and continue to chose you everyday. laughter that feels like home. you’re in college together one second, and then the next they’re last-minute booking flights to visit you in your new city. they’re meeting the cat that you’ve talked about getting with them for years. I’m taking film photos of everything…. “I can’t believe you’re all HERE?!” look at this coffee shop that I love, but now I’m experiencing it with you!! sometimes I wonder what the point of all of this is, and then I’m laughing with them on my living room floor, and for a moment I understand. meeting you helped me meet me. and I chose you all forever!!! 🤍
