Since it was so beautiful yesterday after the damn smog cleared just in time for Leia’s birthday, we finally decided to start her lessons for driving a motorcycle (she’s gonna do an actual msf course soon). My bike’s battery died halfway through bc of course it did lmao. We did an impromptu photo shoot as we waited for our savior Abby to come grab Leia and go pick up my backup battery (abby thank you so much you’re the goat). After a battery swap, we got back to it and, as she does with anything and everything she tries, Leia absolutely fucking killed it. Pretty impressive progress for an hour and a half of learning imo

Happy belated (too busy celebrating) birthday to my love, my partner, my FIANCÉE, my breath of fresh air, my light, my world, my everything!!!

Yet another year I’ve been left awestruck and speechless. She has continued to amaze me with her drive to further her career and achieve her dreams. She made so much progress this year in several avenues of her career, now even including education! I genuinely could not be more proud. Her resilience and ambition truly leaves me at a loss for words. She is destined for greatness, she IS greatness. I cannot wait to watch her achieve her dreams, I have nothing but faith that she will do so. Outside of work (as if she’s even had the time), she’s also managed to sincerely live life to the fullest. This year has been the most packed full of going out with friends and family since I’ve met her. She really genuinely lived this year and it makes me beam with joy every time I think about it. Oh, what a year she’s had 🥹

Leia is the love and light this world is in such desperate need of and anyone who meets her will agree with that sentiment. You can’t help but smile when you’re around her. She’ll have you belly laughing within mere moments. She is constantly bursting at the seams with love and light. She knows how to make anyone and everyone feel welcomed and at ease. She could never even begin to fathom the extent of lives she has touched so effortlessly. She is a gift me, nor anyone else, could ever truly be deserving of. Those of us who get the pleasure of knowing her and living our lives with her in it are beyond privileged. I wish with everything in me the world was full of more Leias, it would be such a brighter place.

Happy birthday Leia, I love you baby! As do so so so so many others. I can’t wait to see what 27 has in store for you 🥳❤️‍🔥
