🔷SQUAT-TOBER🔷
We have concluded the first cycle of the fall with some back squats! Lots of challenges in the sets and reps that led to a heavier double for the finisher! 💪

Strength coach @matt_delancey is getting this crew right! 📈🔥

🎽STATUS ACHIEVED🎽
It is a Gator 🐊 weight room custom to have Coach Matt rip off t shirt sleeves for SEC Champion and/or NCAA First Team All American Honors!

In the 2026 seasons we had Jarno, Leikel and Alida achieve these honors🌟

Who will be next?! 👀

🔵SEASON RECAP🟠
Leikel Cabrera Gay attacked all facets of training in 2025-26. The weight room numbers grew, the gymnastics were at a high level and throwing numbers climbed. A mid-season injury put a hiccup in things but Leikel always came ready to go! 💪

We spent the two first meets competing from a modified 5-step and that showed a lot of promise! Despite the injury Leikel came away with an SEC Medal 🥉and his second NCAA First Team All American honors! 👏

Great work Leikel! Let’s take this into the next season!

It’s giving growth, laughter & chaos. 🤍✨ Junior year was perfectly imperfect— forever trusting, working hard, and staying grateful.
