Nobody wants to admit this, but…

The scale does not tell the full story.

During @news12li @bewellnews12 90 day challenge, Lelia only lost 1 pound on the scale.

But here’s what actually happened…

She lost 20 pounds of body fat.

Gained 19 pounds of muscle.

Got dramatically stronger.

Her clothes fit better.

Her confidence went through the roof.

This is why strength training matters.

Because real transformation is not just about getting lighter…

It is about becoming stronger, healthier, and more fit.

Lelia’s secret?
She followed the plan.

Stayed consistent.

And refused to quit.

No gimmicks.

No crash diets or shots.

No hours of cardio.

Just real personal training, real nutrition coaching and real effort.

So proud of you Lelia 💪
