2 weeks post marathon 😮‍💨

Less running, more cycling, more family time and honestly just feeling a lot more present again.

Been nice stepping away from the structure for a minute and putting more energy back into EZ.RC, the Pace Project and the people around me.

Highlight of the week has honestly just been watching my athletes smash it, grabbing coffees after and catching up properly outside of running too.

Big plans building towards Cardiff Half… things are quietly starting to build into something special.

Meeting with coach Dan this week too 👀 exciting times ahead.

I'm not usually one to post monthly recaps, I don't know why 😂 but I might start now! Here's Jan, Feb and Mar because I fell behind 🙈🤭

Jan 26
1. Starting the year volunteering at my favourite event and local parkrun supporting the running community ❤️
2. Started to train with my awesome PT to get better, fitter and stronger 💪🏻 after a break/injury in Dec 25 😢

Feb 26
3/4. Coming back from injury slowly and joining in on runs again with the amazing people and club 💙 making new best friends 😍 and with LOTS of coffee along the way ☕️
5. Sports Direct X EZ X On shoe demo run 👌🏻
6. Love to join and support other run clubs building a running family 🙌🏻
7/8/11. Sunday long runs with EZ is the most wholesome day of my week 🥰
9/10. The BEST part of my week for sure! Track Wednesdays with EZ 🫂 unreal support, high energy and great vibes ✨️👏🏻🔥

20. Working for the NHS is something I'm proud of 🌈 I love my job as a 'Trolley Dolly' serving patients food and drink, having fun and trying to put smiles on their faces 🩷

Lush weekend with an excellent crew for the Vale Coastal Ultra, battling a hamstring injury, high winds and 1,000m of elevation over 52km of trails.

Over the moon and totally surprised to have crossed the line to a prize for third female, a real testament to the excellent team vibes getting me through the miles. 💪

A massive thank you to @instantphysio for getting me back in race shape after a touch-and-go few weeks!
