muscle memory is something we can trust 💪❤️

muscle memory is proof that even when something isn’t right in front of you anymore, it is still inside you. although my time with ccvk has come to an end, i know this team is always going to be with me. every correction, every full-out, every hug before the stage—it’s all built into who i am now. thank you, ccvk, for being the place where I learned to utilize muscle memory in my dancing and in my life.

though it’s technically my brain storing the patterns, it feels automatic. every aspect of ccvk has become muscle memory for me. i will forever carry the lessons and memories i gained, moving with my best pointed foot forward.
