Amazing weekend in Sheffield for the quarter finals of @bbcgladiators Season 4! Incredible day watching the brilliant @hungrybearmedia and @amazonmgmstudios teams delivering such a huge scale show, as well as getting caught up in the action and drama of competing superhuman contestants and, of course, the unbelievable Gladiators themselves. Flo, Phoebe and Teddy could not believe their eyes…it was a huge spectacle beginning to end. We were super lucky to meet @nitro_thegladiator @aikines and @viperthegladiator too…Viper stayed in character the whole time 😂 Massive thanks to @barneywalsh for the kind invitation and for making us feel so welcome and looked after, and it was lovely to catch up with Dad too! Utter pros in the arena, great company backstage. Plymouth - Sheffield - Plymouth in 48 hours was a thing, but it was SO worth it. Thanks again Barnes!

Well that was a pretty perfect Sunday! What a treat to be invited down to the amazing @stenodoc by Paul Ainsworth in Rock where @paulainsw6rth @emmaainsw6rth and their wonderful team are testing their systems before formally opening their doors on 27th July. Paul and the team have transformed the St Enodoc, staying true to the affection in which it’s held by many, but expanding and developing the site to create a really fantastic new Cornish food destination. Drinks on the terrace overlooking the estuary, an incredible lunch in the Estuary Grill, all rounded off with a tour from Paul and a catch up with some lovely familiar faces over coffee. If you are in Cornwall this Summer, add the St Enodoc to your list…like everything Paul and Emma do, it is just magic. Thanks for having us chef, and see you soon!

The Circus Live 2026…WOW! 75,000 people had their hair blown back by @takethat in a just extraordinary show. You couldn’t take your eyes off it for a moment…part gig, part theatre, a lot of circus, artful, nostalgic, reflective, celebratory…it had everything. Lovely as always to see @officialgarybarlow beforehand, thanks to him and the team for having us along for such a wonderful ride…it will live long in the memory.

A Sunday night invite feels a little rock and roll for me these days 😂 but honestly, I couldn’t resist finding out more about @thecaddyclub

My clever friend @leilanottage has been supporting The Caddy Club on their launch journey and invited me along to experience it first hand. So with absolutely zero golfing skills (plus the inexplicable habit of playing left-handed despite being right-handed 🤷🏼‍♀️), I figured this was either going to be a disaster or the perfect way to hone some skills (thank you coach @eugenie_knight for the top tips and for kindly telling me I'm a natural!).

Bonus points: there’s also a bar 🍸

It did not disappoint....

⛳️ THE CADDY CLUB ⛳️ ⬇️⬇️⬇️

The space features:

• 5 Trackman IO powered simulator bays

• A huge 5000 sq ft indoor short game practice area

• A 42-foot putting green

• Indoor bunker + dual hitting bays

• A licensed bar and Sky Sports screens throughout 🍻

Not bad, eh?

A little joy ride onsite today before the building crew arrive.

The alcohol licence has officially been applied for, walls are starting to go up, and we can share our first mini walk-through of the space. Big decisions being made - including the bar worktop (it needs that wow factor ✨).

It might not look like huge progress just yet, but the first structural changes are happening and it’s finally starting to take shape.

Oh… and the very first bit of merch has landed too. 👀

Stick around for the mini glow up. 💫

NB: If you notice the days jumping (Day 10 to Day 12, etc.) don’t worry — you haven’t missed anything!

We didn’t film every single day, so each clip brings together a few days of progress to keep things moving and entertaining.

If you’d like the full, unedited behind-the-scenes, head over to YouTube where you can watch the longer clips. They still jump between days (for example Day 10–19), but you’ll get all the detail from those days. Part Two will be going live this Friday!!

Tomorrow is International Women’s Day, and this year’s theme is “Give to Gain.”

My wonderful friend Summer Bradshaw @yourzen_life summed it up perfectly when she said that despite the good intentions behind it, the theme exhausted her just reading it. Completely relatable!

This year I’ve watched so many brilliant friends and colleagues navigating the pressures coming from every corner of their lives, careers, families, friendships, communities, all the things they care deeply about and have worked incredibly hard to build.
And they show up for it all with strength, kindness, humour and resilience.

So here’s a small counterpoint to the theme: maybe there’s nothing more to give right now. Maybe it’s enough to simply recognise that your cup is already full and overflowing.

Happy International Women’s Day to some truly remarkable women. 💛
