Thank you to the sweet group that gathered for Deep Rest: Gong Yoga Nidra last night. We all need space to rest and restore and it is so nice when we can do that in kind community. Thank you to @optfitness for hosting and collaborating in support of this event. Check out their unique spectrum of offerings of fitness, sauna, meditation, transformational courses and much more, including by-donation events.

Goodbye Washington!! What a magical and unparalleled experience. How lucky am I to have lived somewhere and known people SO special that it makes it this hard to leave. Almost 12 years spent learning and growing through the most amazing experiences and friendships. Thank you to everyone who I met along the way; you’re all part of the reason I’m me. I love you all endlessly!! Thanks for everything Washington. See you again soon xx

Couldn't think of a better way to start the New Year than this insane party with my friends.

@itsfraze and I threw down for @artmarble21 upstairs while @djericnelson206 killed it downstairs. We even had a surprise guest DJ set by @diamondpistols

Thank you to everyone who came out and danced!

I'm looking forward to all the insane parties to come this year 😈. I already have a few fun things planned for this month.
