That’s a wrap on Day 3 of the Destination Wedding Congress! It’s been a whirlwind of inspiration, connections, and world-class hospitality here in Macau.

Today was all about diving deep. We spent the morning with industry legends who pulled back the curtain on the destination wedding world—sharing not just the "Instagrammable" highs, but the raw, honest lows that make us better at what we do. There’s nothing like learning from the best in the business!

A massive thank you to the Tourism Board of Macau for an incredible familiarization trip. Getting the "inside track" on the hidden gems and iconic venues has been a total game-changer. This city truly knows how to host.

We’re ending the week on the ultimate high at The Venetian Macao. Between the roving performers, the DJ’s top-tier songs, and the cocktail party vibes, it’s the perfect way to see the industry’s finest finally let their hair down!

Current Status: Networking, dancing, and probably ordering one more signature cocktail. 🍹

I’m thrilled to be attending the @dwp_congress in Macao, the world’s biggest B2B platform for destination weddings community.

From 22nd to 24th April, the global destination wedding and luxury events industry will come together in one of the world’s most dynamic city, bringing with it unmatched opportunities to connect, collaborate, and grow.
I’ll be joining some of the most inspiring minds and leading voices in our industry, sharing ideas, exploring new possibilities, and building meaningful global relationships.

All of this comes to life at the stunning @sands_lifestyle , Sands Lifestyle, our esteemed Host Hotel Partner, alongside the incredible support of the Macao Government Tourism Office @visitmacao , setting the stage for an experience that’s as impactful as it is unforgettable.

We have a been wanting to explore a little more of Bali & Indonesia & we discovered a little magic in the North West of Bali.

6 hours in the car from Legian to Menjangan with a quick pit stop at Medewi for lunch, we continued and found ourselves in the middle of a national park, absolutely magic spot at @plataran.menjangan Perfect for a pre-wedding shoot or a honeymoon you will never forget.

Completely untouched in the North West of Bali and anything built up is built with purpose. Nestled in the middle of the forest and surrounded by animals in nature, everywhere we went was such an adventure.

Snorkeling, hiking, fishing, a beautiful sound healing, boating, being pampered at the onsite spa and being immersed into special cultural experiences. We had a very well thought out itinerary provided on check in and it was perfect for us with two busy kids. We walked around A LOT, admired the beautiful deer and the cheeky monkeys (keep your doors locked)! 🙈🙈

At one stage my daughter was yelling there was a monkey in the villa, when I finally turned around he was behind me at the bedside table 😅

We could have spent at least another two days there, two nights was not long enough but boy did we create some memories that will last a lifetime.

We will definitely be back for more fun and adventure! If you’re looking for a special honeymoon spot look up @plataran.menjangan 👌🏻
