Chapter 2: The Details

I felt the details were too good not to have their own post. Thank you to my amazing mother in law @ashleypfontenot and my husband’s incredible family for executing my vision perfectly.

Another HUGE thank you to @cakelovebydebbie for the beautiful and delicious cakes, to @lelieu.welsh for the incredible venue space, and for @malloryyconnerr who captured the magic of the day perfectly. 🤍

Prologue: The Couple

10 years ago, God blessed two kids with the chance to meet and become friends. 8 years ago those 13 year olds fell in love. They got engaged 2.5 years ago and this summer beat the 3% odds of marrying their middle school sweetheart.

Love is patient, love is kind. Love does not envy, is not boastful, is not arrogant, it bears all things, endures all things. Love can be hard, but the beauty of love is you only have to get it right once. Thank God we got it on the first try🤍

Due to a last-minute cancellation, September 26th (Saturday) is now available! 🍂

This date was originally booked for homecoming photos, which means I’m now opening it up for homecoming, senior, or even a family session!

It’s extremely rare for me to have a fall Saturday open, so if you’ve been putting off booking those fall photos, this is your chance to snag a weekend spot. 👏🏼

Once September 26th is booked, it’s gone! Send me a message if you want it. 🤎

A little look around the Le Lieu Bridal Soiree
⁣
Beautiful venue, talented vendors, gorgeous gowns… and of course, a little ice cream in the mix. 🍦💍⁣
⁣
Days like this are such a fun reminder that creating a wedding takes a whole lot of talented people bringing their own little piece of the celebration.⁣
⁣
Thank you, @lelieu.welsh for having The Celebration Cart Co. be part of it. 🤍⁣
⁣
And to all the brides we met—keep the planning, the ideas, and the celebrations comin’. ✨⁣

• Checking in with every vendor all day long and making sure they are on time and held accountable.

• Putting out personal inventory.

• Protecting your timeline, whether that be herding the wedding party where they need to be or putting out vendor fires.

• Making dinner plates for the bride and groom and checking in on parents to make sure they eat.

• Loading up leftover cake, gifts, personal items, and to go food for the couple and parents at the end of the evening.

You deserve to enjoy your day not manage it!

We had an amazing time catering at @lelieu.welsh for the first time! Our new favorite venue is in our minds the best kept secret of SWLA! We didn’t know what to expect but the location, layout, design, and most of all the staff were absolute perfection! I would highly recommend Le Lieu to any of my friends! Special thanks to Chef @cade.findley along with @soleilcafesulphur and the amazing team at Le Lieu for helping make one of the best weddings I’ve ever seen come true!
