Aquamarine, moonlit swimmin’ pool. What if all I need is you? - t swift

Head over heels for the shots @lemenphoto captured yesterday in Lyons for @arcteryx. There’s a feeling I get when I’m on my bike that I thought could never be captured in a photo. I thought that feeling would always just exist in my heart, but turns out, I get to share that feeling with you through photos… more to come. Thanks for being so good at what you do Sophia! 🌟 and thanks to @arcteryx for finally releasing the Rhoam MTB capsule 🖤

It was a surprise winter wonderland for Brandon and Polina at the @wedgewood.tapestryhouse this January.

Of the rare snow days we’ve had this winter, Brandon and Polina’s wedding day was visited by beautiful, cold flurries. The snow added a coziness you couldn’t have recreated.

The staff at @wedgewood.tapestryhouse did phenomenal managing the day even with the weather. And huge kudos to @lemenphoto for bearing with the cold fingers while we worked 😂🫶

UNTITLED.

Life lately has been full of self imposed restrictions and monitoring as I’ve trained for the Telluride Mountain Run.

Obsessive experimentation with dosages of food, caffeine, rest, exertion...It’s been endless.

But yesterday marked the final significant training day and the last of the grueling pre dawn (3am) wake ups. The focus now solely on recovery and race day.

It’s been an amazing summer of transformation for me. Not just in the physical, which was noticeable, but in how I lived each day.

My friend Jared once remarked that training for mountain running isn’t about the race, but about giving yourself the discipline and excuse to get out into the mountains with friends.

I couldn’t agree more.

THE PARTNERS.

In the last few weeks, training for the Telluride Mountain Run has intensified, and with the start line in sight, I’ve had time to reflect on just how amazing its been to once again move quickly and confidently in the mountains.

And it’s in no small part to the partners who’ve joined me for those early miles.

Thanks for joining me in this experience.
