DAY 3 of your GUA SHA routine 🤍 The crucial step you might be missing? YOUR EARS!

Always begin by gently releasing tension around your chest and neck. Don’t forget your collarbone area: lymph from your face travels through your neck toward where it returns to your bloodstream near your collarbones.

Today, I’m sharing an ear massage technique I learned while I was in Japan. Your jaw joint sits just in front of your ears, and nearby muscles can carry tension. There are also lymph nodes around this area—so keep your touch gentle.

Follow these easy steps:
✨ Glide from the middle of your chin toward your ear, then gently sweep down the side of your neck toward your collarbone. Repeat 10 times on each side.
✨ With a featherlight touch, trace around the outside of your ear.
✨ Gently fold your ear forward 10 times, then bring the top toward the earlobe 10 times. Never force it.
✨ Bonus: massage your scalp!
