Poros is home to one of Greece’s most vibrant lemon forests in the country. 🍋🇬🇷

Just 90 minutes from Athens I visited @lemonodasos to meet the Vlachos family, who have been tending 3000 lemon trees for generations.

The local microclimate means ice never forms which keeps the fruit consistently healthy and incredibly potent. One scratch of the peel and the smell alone 🍋will have you wanting to take a bite.

Our window has been transformed into a little summer escape…

Inspired by long beach days and effortless summer living, our latest display is centred around vibrant Klein blue a colour that instantly evokes endless skies and sparkling seas. Our girl lounges in a deck chair wearing a striking Sorbet Island bikini, wrapped in a Zen Ethic pareo, creating the perfect relaxed silhouette.

Around her, handmade raffia bags from Madagascar hang above, alongside flowing Zen Ethic pareos, raffia shoes handcrafted in Spain, a beautiful beach towel from Inoui Editions…

Every piece has been chosen for its craftsmanship, natural textures and timeless elegance…

As you may know if you have ever done a cooking class with us we love making our cucumber cocktail, that is made with ouzo and mastiha, but I was pregnant in last summer (2025) and even though i was craving our refreshing cucumber cocktail, I was not supposed to drink it.

Then one day I had enough and I made it into a mocktail, so in case you don’t feel like drinking alcohol or in my case are not allowed to, here is a really fun, refreshing and healthy mocktail to try!
