Think you need perfect credit or a huge down payment to buy a home? You may have more options than you think! 🙌

Depending on your situation, loan programs may offer options such as:

✨ FHA: 580+ FICO may qualify for 3.5% down
✨ Conventional: 620+ FICO may qualify for 3–5% down
✨ VA: Eligible buyers may qualify for 0% down
✨ USDA: Eligible buyers may qualify for 0% down

And if your credit score is below 580, there may still be FHA options depending on lender approval and other requirements.

📌 Credit score isn’t the only thing lenders consider. Income, debt, employment history, assets, the property, and other factors can all play a role.

Alyssa & Jeremy aren’t just clients, they’re dear friends, church family, and people I have the privilege of serving alongside every week. Getting to serve them in a completely different way through this milestone was incredibly special to me. 🥹

Watching God open doors in the lives of people you love will never get old.

The keys came first. 🔑
Then came the boxes. 📦
And now comes making it theirs. 🏡

Books finding their shelves. 📚
Hobby rooms already becoming spaces to create, unwind, and do more of what they love.
Teddy & Penny finding their favorite spots. 🐾
Next, friends around the table, prayers spoken in every room, slow coffee mornings, and a whole lot of life lived between these walls. ☕️
